Appalling service from management and sales teams. The sales team was very unresponsive and let the sale of my apartment drag on for months longer than they needed to be. The management team were also very poor and continue to bill me even though I moved out in July and have explained that. They claim this is completely out of their hands and were extremely rude and dismissive.

The whole process of finding and moving into a place was incredibly smooth and a clear cut above a lot of agencies in the region. Key highlights: * Photographs in the listing were accurate: No deceptive floodlights, wide-angle lenses, or convenient omissions. The property we moved into was exactly the property we expected to rent. * Super-responsive and accommodating: Understood our needs and didn't waste time trying to get us to view properties that were obviously non-starters. Once we decided we liked a property, there was no artificial pressure or pushiness. * Good Prep for Move-In: They have a third-party service to help arrange utilities and stuff ahead of the move. Unlike how these services typically operate, the one they used actually had competitive prices for services and gave us control over which services we arranged independently. * Great Inventory / Condition Report: Very detailed photographs from an independent inventory contractor. Stuff our previous landlords would have simply ignored (e.g. discoloration on a piece of furniture, minor mildew on grout, patio weeds) were fixed, without us even asking, less than 48 hours after moving in.

GoogleOn the recommendation of a friend, I engaged Breckon & Breckon's Abingdon office to sell my flat. Having had to endure some disappointing experiences with the performance of other estate agents in the past, I was pleasantly surprised from the outset with the courteous and helpful manner demonstrated by all the staff with whom I had dealings. The branch manager, Wayne Keenan, showed a wealth of knowledge and experience of the local area which he was happy to share. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and commitment in the performance of his duties. Communication was always clear and the staff, in addition to being friendly and efficient, were always willing to help in any way they could. After a successful outcome, I would have no hesitation in recommending Breckon & Breckon to any prospective client who is looking for an estate agent of the highest calibre.
