GoogleWe had an amazing experience with Tom while looking to buy our first property! My partner and I were open to many options, and Tom pulled out all the stops! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the properties he showed and very courteous. He’s very personable and took all of the concerns we had was able to show us some beautiful properties. Many times my fiancé and Tom quizzed each other on details about the properties and had a great time! Any questions or concerns we had he would quickly answer and was eager to offer extra help if necessary. This was absolute BEST experience we’ve had with a sales agent and can’t recommend enough!

Andrew and the team were positive, upbeat and effective. There were ALWAYS available and all emails were answered VERY quickly - even late at night or early in the morning! We were given good advice and help was always at hand. Throughout the process you feel as though your property sale is important and individual. Everyone in the office is well informed and the whole process was efficient but also pleasant.

Andrew Topping was very pro-active throughout the purchase which became a rather protracted affair. He was efficient in chasing the seller and their solicitor and always on hand to sort out issues.. Following purchase we asked Kate Donoghue to find a tenant for the property and this was all done swiftly and very professionally. We were very pleased with the outcome.
