From the outset, I found all my interactions with the staff from Breckon and Breckon to be friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and help was always at hand when questions arose. From the initial visit to value my property until the day I was handed the keys to my new home, I felt that my needs were fully met and that I was treated as an individual - not just another person in a list of customers, Everything went smoothly despite delays in the completion of my new property. I was kept informed of events throughout. Even the monetary transactions were prompt and dealt with so trouble-free in the background. This was the first time I had sold and bought a property and I would certainly recommend Breckon and Breckon.

Excellent service from beginning to end

Breckon & Breckon are truly amazing! Rachel and Andrew dealt with both our sale and purchase., due to their professionalism, experience and most wonderful aura we felt looked after from the beginning to the end. Both Rachel and Andrew went above and beyond what we would have expected from them, nothing was to much. Rachel even recognised our numbers and used to answer so nicely to our names, which always made us smile. Fantastic over all package

I have found Breckon and Breckon to be extremely knowledgeable and also really do their homework. Before they came to view my Mum's house with a view to letting it, they found out which applications had been made on it as Mum's house is a listed building. They could see the potential,came up with some innovative ideas at a realistic budget and were willing to project manage the work that needed to be done. Which for my husband and myself who now live in Lancaster was a huge relief. The are professional as well as genuine and friendly.

The family inherited a rather run down property in the area and through Get Agent we were introduced to Breckon & Breckon in Abingdon. As we live abroad and my wife`s brother living in the North of England it was imperative that we found a reliable agent to market and sell the property. In Wayne Keenan we found just that. friendly, helpful, prepared to go the extra mile and he gave us great confidence due to the distances involved. I cannot express how happy we were to be delbt with in such a professional and friendly manner, Kathryn Wilson has been bubbly, friendly, enthusiastic from the moment she showed us the property we took on. everything went so smoothly, she has liaised with our landlord and maintenance personnel effectively and the communication has been impeccable so far. We did rent through another agent prior to Breckon & Breckon and comparing the two Breckon & Breckon come out on top at every level. Katheryn, now knowing of our bad experience with the other agent has been fantastic. Breckon, Abingdon, were the agent we were buying from, not our own agent, but Andrew Topping was excellent from start to finish, offering great support to us as well as his client. My mother put her cottage on the market as she wanted to down size and after making the decision we had three estate agents to come and view her home. Could not fault the service

We sold our house through Breckon & Breckon in the summer of 2015. While not the cheapest of the agents we had through the door, we felt comfortable and confident with the service we would receive. This was confirmed with the high quality of the house details produced, the level of communication and the above asking price offers we received within a week of going on the market. They pushed through the sale, and gave us great support when the chain started to stagnate slightly and were the driving force in getting everything completed. I have sold my flat and bought a house recently. The house was in a chain and the whole process turned out to be far more complicated than I've ever imagined. But thanks to Andrew and his team every issue was solved. I felt that the service I got from the team was personal. From the start of the process of selling our house and buying the new one, both Andrew and Rachel were friendly, supportive and efficient. This is the worst letting agent I've ever encountered! They manipulate communication between the landlord and tenants, creating confusion. They intentionally lie to both parties, causing problems and deliberately harming the landlord's interests. They even allow tenants to prematurely terminate contracts without the landlord's consent. When we complained to their management team, it was utterly unhelpful. It appears that this behavior is part of Breckon & Breckon's company culture. We were left with no choice but to file a formal complaint with the property ombudsman, resulting in Breckon & Breckon being fined for their wrongdoing.
