Andrew and his team took on a property for us that wasn’t going to be the easiest to sell, empty and in very poor condition. We received regular updates and a monthly viewings report until a buyer was found at a price we were pleased with. Andrew kept in constant contact with ourselves, the buyer, and both sets of solicitors, right through to completion. We really think the deal could have fallen through if it hadn’t had such an input from the team at Breckon and Breckon.

My mother put her cottage on the market as she wanted to down size and after making the decision we had three estate agents to come and view her home. We were very impressed with the professionalism and politeness of Breckon and Breckon and therefore decided to go with them. We were glad we did as nothing seems to be straight forward when selling a property but Andrew and Rachel were fantastic in resolving issues quickly and were very reassuring with my mother of eighty one years. Needless to say the property was sold in double quick time with minimal hassle.

Could not fault the service

We sold our house through Breckon & Breckon in the summer of 2015. While not the cheapest of the agents we had through the door, we felt comfortable and confident with the service we would receive. This was confirmed with the high quality of the house details produced, the level of communication and the above asking price offers we received within a week of going on the market. They pushed through the sale, and gave us great support when the chain started to stagnate slightly and were the driving force in getting everything completed. Rachel was our main contact but we had brilliant service from all members of staff. Could not recommend highly enough.

Andrew and the team were positive, upbeat and effective. There were ALWAYS available and all emails were answered VERY quickly - even late at night or early in the morning! Excellent service from start to finish with a high level of personal service

We can't fault Breckon and Breckon who dealt with the sale of our property. At times this was very stressful as our buyer lost their buyer twice, but Rachel's ever calm and confident manner kept us on an even keel. When Rachel wasn't available Andrew knew exactly what was going on at all times and was able to step in. In the end they got the sale through and did more for our buyer than their own agent did - I am sure they will choose Breckon next time too! They gave the impression that they were only dealing with our sale (which of course was not the case) given the high level of professionalism and personal service they gave at all times. Exceptional Help from Breckon & Breckon in Selling our House

Rachel and Andrew (and staff in Abingdon office) carried us through our house purchase in a most professional, helpful and pleasant way. When carrying out viewings, they always ensured best appearances (of the property and of themselves). They showed patience, rather than hurriedly persuading us to reduce the asking price. When we had an offer and had difficulty getting replies to our offers for our house purchase, in London (through a different estate agent), Andrew aided us in pushing the sellers to respond. When, later, we had .problems with the chain including our buyer, they were active in making the chain work and come to completion. In other words, they did more than merely put up our house for sale.
