Fantastic over all package

I have found Breckon and Breckon to be extremely knowledgeable and also really do their homework. Before they came to view my Mum's house with a view to letting it, they found out which applications had been made on it as Mum's house is a listed building. They could see the potential,came up with some innovative ideas at a realistic budget and were willing to project manage the work that needed to be done. Which for my husband and myself who now live in Lancaster was a huge relief. The are professional as well as genuine and friendly.

What impressed me this time

Mum's house has been managed by Breckon and Breckon for several years and they have impressed me on numerous occasions. This time it was when I phoned to say Mum would be very understanding of late rent payments at the beginning of "lockdown". The person I spoke to said that they were just about to phone their tenants to say that they were there just as much for their tenants as their landlords. Breckon and Breckon really understand that there are two parties involved when a house is let and both are just as important.

Highly recommended, friendly, helpful and professional team.

Breckon and Breckon have been looking after my property for me for a little over a year now. From the very beginning they have been extremely professional and helpful. They have found excellent tenants. Prior to them officially taking over the property we had a week when we carried out some decorating, during the course of which there was a leak from the bathroom into the kitchen. With only a few days to the new tenants moving in they found contractors for us and assisted in ensuring that everything was repaired in time. The team are all very friendly and I would highly recommend them.

I have 2 properties in Abingdon which are both looked after by Breckon and Breckon. Having had some experience of working with other agents in the area, I have found them to be the best by far. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and courteous - they are always on hand to offer up to date advice I get a regular call asking if I have any issues. This is exemplary service and it's also very reassuring..that I know I can rely on the staff to keep me up to date with any changes in legislation or other issues which affect me as a landlord. I can't speak highly enough of Breckon and Breckon Abingdon branch.

Really Makes the Effort

Rebecca has gone above and beyond to help me find a property, maintaining regular contact and looking beyond just the office list of properties. She has listened to my requirements and looked for places that might fit. Friendly and enthusiastic she has been a pleasure to deal with. Apart from an early suggested property which was well above my maximum budget, all suggested places were of interest, although not quite right on closer inspection, but she has not pushed them and understands that sometimes a place just isn't right. I do not know what they would be like as managing agents, but I would love to rent a property with them and find out.
