Mum's house has been managed by Breckon and Breckon for several years and they have impressed me on numerous occasions. This time it was when I phoned to say Mum would be very understanding of late rent payments at the beginning of "lockdown". The person I spoke to said that they were just about to phone their tenants to say that they were there just as much for their tenants as their landlords. Breckon and Breckon really understand that there are two parties involved when a house is let and both are just as important.

We were very fortunate to recently sell via the Breckon and Breckon Abingdon office and also buy our new property via the Oxford Office. This enabling us to have a trouble and stress free move. The house we sold was a very unique and quirky place, but a buyer was promptly found within 10 days which was perfect, and also being marketed right, we achieved the full asking price! Our dealings concerning our purchase were undertaken in a very personnel and professional manner and we were always kept in the loop which was very reassuring. I sold my property with Beckon & Breckon last month. They kept me up to date at all times and they were honest and reliable throughout. Andrew and Rachel and both lovely people who genuinely care about the sale and the experience of their clients. They are easy to talk to and very responsive. When there was a hold up with the process (which was entirely unrelated to Breckon & Breckon) they were very effective in getting things moving again. I cannot recommend Breckon & Breckon highly enough. They are completely different from any other agent l have dealt with. They are vastly superior.

Breckon and Breckon have been looking after my property for me for a little over a year now. From the very beginning they have been extremely professional and helpful. They have found excellent tenants. Prior to them officially taking over the property we had a week when we carried out some decorating, during the course of which there was a leak from the bathroom into the kitchen. With only a few days to the new tenants moving in they found contractors for us and assisted in ensuring that everything was repaired in time. The team are all very friendly and I would highly recommend them.

I have 2 properties in Abingdon which are both looked after by Breckon and Breckon. Having had some experience of working with other agents in the area, I have found them to be the best by far. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and courteous - they are always on hand to offer up to date advice I get a regular call asking if I have any issues. This is exemplary service and it's also very reassuring..that I know I can rely on the staff to keep me up to date with any changes in legislation or other issues which affect me as a landlord. I can't speak highly enough of Breckon and Breckon Abingdon branch.

We can't fault Breckon and Breckon who dealt with the sale of our property. At times this was very stressful as our buyer lost their buyer twice, but Rachel's ever calm and confident manner kept us on an even keel. When Rachel wasn't available Andrew knew exactly what was going on at all times and was able to step in. In the end they got the sale through and did more for our buyer than their own agent did - I am sure they will choose Breckon next time too! They gave the impression that they were only dealing with our sale (which of course was not the case) given the high level of professionalism and personal service they gave at all times. Rachel and Andrew (and staff in Abingdon office) carried us through our house purchase in a most professional, helpful and pleasant way. When carrying out viewings, they always ensured best appearances (of the property and of themselves). They showed patience, rather than hurriedly persuading us to reduce the asking price. When we had an offer and had difficulty getting replies to our offers for our house purchase, in London (through a different estate agent), Andrew aided us in pushing the sellers to respond. When, later, we had .problems with the chain including our buyer, they were active in making the chain work and come to completion. In other words, they did more than merely put up our house for sale.

From the very start we knew we would be in safe hands. Rachel Mazonowicz who valued our property was professional but so easy to get along with. . Her advice was informative and direct and it gave us confidence that we had chosen the right agent which we undoubtedly had. Once a buyer was found she kept us informed every step of the way and what turned out to be a rather difficult sale was made so much easier by her unflappable, composed and reassuring manner. At times of stress she would always restore my faith, and would go the extra mile to find out answers to any issues I raised. We really couldn't thank her enough for which she did for us and a better Estate Agent would be hard to find.

My dealings with various estate agents, as buyer, seller and tenant, led me to label estate agents as humourless, unfeeling robots with little empathy, understanding or humanity. However, several months ago I started working with Breckon and Breckon and my illusion was pleasantly shattered. Their staff are pleasant, friendly and - above all - human. It has been a pleasure dealing with them, and I hope to continue to do so in the future. Recommended without hesitation.
