GoogleAs first time buyers we had no real understanding of the process or what we were doing and instead of being a stressful ordeal like everyone told me it was going to be, it really wasn't. This was mostly down to the estate agents being great, Niall especially due to being our point of contact. Any silly question we had or lack of understanding was met with a genuine and sincere answer that helped fill our knowledge gaps and we never felt like we were belittled unlike other estate agents we had bid with unsuccessfully. We purchased during the no stamp duty window and even during this busy time the contacts back and forth were quick and consistent. A great service from start to finish and would recommend to anyone I know that needs an estate agent.

As a first time buyer Breckon & Breckon were very good at turning a daunting task into a fun and easy to understand experience. They are efficient and quick to respond to any issues.My tenants are happy too with Breckon.Previously I used a big name agent in Headington who gave me one problem another another and were extremely slow at resolving their mistakes and inaction. The tenants were also very dissatisfied with this big name agent.
