They really went the extra mile

While searching for a new larger rental property Rebecca Taylor really went out of her way to find me (as she put it) a lovely home and not just a house. She was always on the lookout or a suitable property not just on her books but also from their other offices and potential sales that would potentially going to rental. She was lovely, friendly and helpful. I would dearly have loved to rent a propety through this agency, but alas a suitable one was not found. When I did find somewhere sometime later and went in to let her know she even offered to look over any contract to make sure it was all o.k. Really Makes the Effort

Rebecca has gone above and beyond to help me find a property, maintaining regular contact and looking beyond just the office list of properties. She has listened to my requirements and looked for places that might fit. Friendly and enthusiastic she has been a pleasure to deal with. Apart from an early suggested property which was well above my maximum budget, all suggested places were of interest, although not quite right on closer inspection, but she has not pushed them and understands that sometimes a place just isn't right. I do not know what they would be like as managing agents, but I would love to rent a property with them and find out.

I made the mistake of using this company to sell my home and what a mistake that was! I found them very professional on first contact and they put me at ease in trusting them to sell my home then it really was downhill from there. It was impossible to ever speak to anyone always told would get a phone call back which never happened the only communication I ever received was going to the office personally. With various issues that arose which I understand things can go wrong sometimes they always made it someone else’s fault and would take no responsibility to fix. When house sell was on verge of collapse never made any effort to resolve it and left it for other agents in the chain to make sure it didn’t collapse. I would certainly NOT recommend this company and would use another local company even though there commission fees are higher.
