GoogleI have not rented for many years and was dreading the experience having been a homeowner for a while and living in a place where more local agents had poor reputations. I have only the most positive things to say about Breckon and Breckon so far. They have been helpful, interactive and consummate professionals throughout. Michael in the lettings branch has been kind, pro-active and no query is too much for him. They were timely in all their documentation. The IT processes make paying deposits and signing contracts easy and over their portal it is easy to raise a query, no problem at all. So far, I could not more highly recommend them and am very pleased with every part of the process.

Everything was taken care of, the communication channel was always open, minor issues were resolved very quickly, taking away all the stress there usually is with move house. We recently purchased our first home through Breckon and Breckon. Having rented with different estate agencies for a number of years and having no experience of the buying process, we were a bit apprehensive but Martin Crick was absolutely outstanding - we really felt he had our best interests at heart, he went above and beyond to keep us updated on the progress of our purchase and provided a friendly point of contact throughout the process. We were absolutely bowled over by the entire experience - Breckon and Breckon could not have done more for us. The bag of new home goodies and the 'lost key' service were a welcome bonus. We were a part of a complicated chain. We viewed a home in Witney, Oxon in February and fell in love with the property. To move forward, we needed to put our two houses on the market. John had them online and live with professional photographer within the space of a week. We very quickly had viewings (10~) within a week and moved to offer stage within a month. John supported us thinking through the offers we received and the offer we made. I found him to be a great source of guidance throughout the entire process and cannot recommend him enough. We also partnered with Alex, who sold one of our houses and did several viewings and he was consistently supportive, contactable and open. I found the group whatsapp chat useful, quick, and easy to communicate. If we were to sell again, we would definitely use B&B. Highlights: Consistent communications with updates Transparency wherever possible Guidance on complex situations (chain complications!) Management of conversation with Solicitors Support in selling and procuring furniture/curtains etc… Honest and Open Accelerated process wherever possible
