YellAbsolutely appalling
I wish I could describe all the issues that I've had with this company once they were responsible for managing a property I decided to rent out. However, I am not allowed to note any specifics in this review as per the review guidance. I would suggest anyone thinking of using them do their research and check all reviews before making a decision or you could be left out-of-pocket with a substantially damaged property due to it not being managed correctly- as I have.

GoogleCancelled my valuation review an hour before the appt by sending an email that I luckily happened to see ..reason 4 cancellation "diodn't think it was needed" apparently they had done an online review but then stated they had low confidence in it?? Poor service , unprofessional and plain rude...

GoogleAlison is extremely unprofessional the message she sent us to go and view our property was appalling. Do not use them to sell your house. We are ready to go buyers and we are not allowed to see the property because we live at home with our parents. I’ve never heard a more rude woman.
