GoogleFairly poor service and terrible communication. The staff at William H Brown seemed keen and interested in the beginning of the process, and I was very impressed that my property sold on one of the first viewings, only days after it appeared on the market. It took 6 months to complete with no chain on either side, and I repeatedly had to chase for information from other parties because they seemed uninterested in doing it themselves. The only member of staff who greeted me with any professionalism was Jenna. Overall a very frustrating experience. In future please communicate with your clients and keep them updated.
