I chose William Browns as I had dealt with Robert before and it was a positive experience. They have recently helped me complete my house sale in 52 days including Christmas and a change of solicitors! Amy was a terrific support she really understands her role and the whole house move process and guides and helps. She was instrumental is getting me a new high quality solicitor when the first choice was not being responsive. She lined up potential buyers and I sold within two weeks of being on the Market and achieved the top price. She was always available to talk when I had questions and I think she is a credit to the company. I would highly recommend Amy Conboy at William H Brown in York City Centre. Amy supported us through our house sale, providing excellent customer service to help relieve the stress throughout one of the most stressful times in our lives (moving with a newborn!)... Amy is incredibly dedicated and went above and beyond to speed up the whole process by taking ownership of a complex external matter in aim to prevent the whole chain from falling through. I cannot fault her efficiency, professionalism and work ethic in the slightest. Thank you so much Amy! Just moved in to a property being let by William H Brown (York) and the experience was so smooth and easy. When the property was advertised I called for a viewing and this was all sorted in just a couple of minutes for the next day. Farrah showed me the property and was brilliant and very informative about everything. I submitted an application over the phone the same day and was then informed, again on the same day, that I was successful. On moving day I met Farrah at the office to get my tenancy agreement and keys which only took a few mins and that completed everything. Also, the moving in gift box is a lovely touch. Highly recommend using the William H Brown York office. Farrah and Maisie were both extremely friendly, helpful and prompt with all aspects of the move.

I called this company first in October 22 when my property was rented out Farrah and Rob came out to see the property I was extremely upset and embarrassed at the state of the place . They were very kind to me jumping ahead to Jan 24 Rob came back to the property which I and my family completely gutted the place. Rob came back out again to give me a valuation.
