From the first day we met Josh and had a show around the show house, putting down our deposit, keeping in touch right up to moving day when transfer of money was a bit slow, being in our 70's we were panicking a bit but he was their to help and assure us that all would be alright, great support from beginning to end from Josh and Barrett's.

Recently bought an apartment with Barratt. The sales process was good, however they could be more proactive giving you updates about the construction process and next steps after you sign your contract. The completion date of my apartment has been recently delayed - shall update again once we get to see the apartment and obtain the keys.

Very friendly service from the get go. The sales team I had were so accommodating towards us, explaining everything in simple terms we would understand and going above and beyond to support visits especially for me who works away and was not able to visit as much as I could. They were also very quick at responding to any questions we may have had.

I was very impressed by the customer service. All my questions were answered and there was definitely no hard sell, on the contrary. I felt that I could have walked away and not wasted Barratt’s time. I hope this level of service continues throughout the sales process and after they have my money. Hollie did a superb job and would recommend her to any potential buyers.

if i could give more than 5 stars i would! we cannot thank joshua & ade enough, they have both been so helpful . our house is perfect! we have had a few small snagging issues and they have been sorted very quickly.they are still building around us but have kept the roads clean and all they builders are friendly and polite

Really good customer service, our Barratts home is fantastic a few snagging things but nothing is perfect. James (workman on site) was fantastic with his walk round went into depth about everything. Sales team are good although sometimes didn’t explain things in layman’s terms. All in all impressed with Amberswood Rise.
