The entire experience was seamless as much as possible. The sales team tried to ensure that we were duly carried along throughout the whole process. Worthy of special mention is Tenise, who showed a very high degree of professionalism throughout. Our house was completed within the scheduled time and there were only minor snags to correct when we moved in.

The sales advisor, Emma, is very helpful and cheerful. The reservation procedrue is not clear enough. It is quite difficult to get the reply from the sales office by email. It seems that they are not checking the email regularly, or something discourage them to be keeping informed for the new email.The in-person reservation prosedure takes time. I am quite disappointed that I cant go into the target plot to view the detail before confirming the reservation.

Tracey gave me time, gave me lots of information and suggestions, she backed up everything by email quickly and kept me in the loop at all times. I was most impressed by the product when I saw the showflat but Tracey definitely helped me decide on the location being ideal. Her service was first class

All great , just a little too intense at a very stressful time . Contact through solicitor to solicitor would have been easier to reduce the stress levels . Informing re internet connection taking a week despite setting up , and also should have been ready to launch on moving day . Also being informed that would require a tv Ariel to get terrestrial tv would have been an advantage

The reservation letter provided during meting with waterside staff has few issues as it was different from the one I signed at the sales event held in HK. Would be great if 1. Agent sales to know the appropriate values to be used in the form, 2. the signed form could be shared Barratt staff for continuity and 3. I was contacted by additional solicitor (client side) which was different from the solicitor assigned at the sales events which caused confusion.

Adrian and other contractors have been brilliant at repairing some snagging issues we’ve had. The main problem has been it taking over a year for these to be passed on from Zoe the customer service rep in the office, definitely an issue Barratt should address, as on that part I would give minis stars! Other than that really happy with our house and Jacob the sales rep when we purchased in July 22
