If you want a house where the bath & shower leak through to the ground floor, where all the materials they were done with are buried in the garden or under your bathtub, where you are very likely to get mold because they havent bothered with ventilation, or just general corner cutting on workmanship and quality of products used - then try Barratts!

Great reception from onsite representative, very friendly and understanding of customer needs and expectations. Barratt's clearly build high quality houses and equally concern themselves with landscaping and the eventual feel and look of their developments. We are very impressed with their aftercare package that ensures any build quality issues are resolved for a period of time after the development has completed.

I want to particularly appreciate the support by the manager on site Florentin Bufanu for the home tour and excellent post handover support. Florin arranged to sort out any snags in a dedicated, timely and professional manner.I would highly recommend homes at this location as you have a site manager that ensures customer satisfaction!

All staff have been friendly and helpful throughout a long process waiting for our house to be built, we have been kept updated of any issues or changes to our build and have always been able to visit to see progress. Now we are in, the site supervisor can’t do enough to help as we go through snagging etc
