Great building quality and assistance. The team has been very helpful during the process. After a year from the contract exchange, they are still looking after us and ensuring that everything is good with the house and the surroundings. Rokas Tepanovas, our site manager, took care of the property though all this period.

All the staff made me feel happy about buying a new build home, they were so welcoming and made me feel at home when I walked into the information centre, as I was 73 and had only bought one home in my life the one I was selling! Everyone went through their stories of house buying themselves. Felt very much at ease.

The home maintenance man (Keith) visited to carry out remedial works and he arrived right on time and was very helpful and polite. He completed the work and cleaned up all the dust & mess. He had to return 2 days later and again he was punctual and completed his work in a very profesional manner. First class tradesman.

So far Barratt have been brilliant at accommodating our requests, helping us to understand the process required for reservation, repeating if necessary with no agitation. They even got us into a vacant plot to show my parents round. It gives me confidence that hopefully the rest of the process will go as smoothly as possible.
