Developer Review: Poor Quality and Unresolved Warranty IssuesI am extremely disappointed with the quality of the home built by this developer. From the moment I moved in, I began noticing numerous issues, many of which should never have passed quality control. These include poorly finished surfaces, faulty fixtures, and plumbing problems, among others.What’s even more frustrating is that despite repeatedly reporting these defects within the warranty period, the developer has failed to address or resolve them. I’ve followed up numerous times, but the responses are either slow, dismissive, or nonexistent. Promises to send someone to assess or repair the problems are rarely fulfilled, leaving me to deal with issues that should have been rectified long ago.This lack of accountability and poor customer service has made an already disappointing experience even worse. A home is a significant investment, and I expected a much higher standard from this developer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy builder. If you value quality and post-purchase support, look elsewhere.UPDATE I haven’t received any emails on the account linked to Trust Review or the email associated with my Barratt account. Poor customer care service. Still chasing them for outstanding jobs over the past 8 months. Their contractor Oregon has messed up my flooring and still can’t arrange a mutual visit with site manager to get to the bottom of this issue. I ask for call back to inform me in the latest update with dishwasher plastic shield and they never call back. Very disappointed with after sales customer care, unlike the sales customer team they are on top on it and were keeping me informed on every single step.
