Really great experience with Barratt buying our new flat! Poonam was really helpful as the sales progressor and helped to move things along really smoothly and swiftly, assisting us with any questions and issues we had on the way. The flat is of good quality and the post sales services have also been great when needing to remediate anything.

We completed on our new home last week, 6 months after reserving our new build. It’s been a long journey, but it’s worth the wait. Becca, our Barrats Sales advisor has been there every step of the way, keeping us updated and informed, sending us photos as the house progressed. Alexi, the site Manager was on hand to show us the house during the build, and then once completed he was there to tell us how everything worked. When I informed Alexi on two minor issues, he had two workmen there that same afternoon to address and fix them. Really happy with how welcoming and helpful Becca and Alexi have been. The house itself is in excellent condition and all of the aftercare information and manuals have ensured we are well equipped to get the very best out of our home.

Keith was amazing. He came into finish the ceiling pops in the kitchen diner. Sanding and painting the ceiling… you wouldn’t have known I’d had anyone in as he hoovered up the dust put down dust sheets and the ceiling looks even better than before. Perfect.
