Professional and courteous. Having delt with a number of estate agents over the years I can only describe my experience with Ashtons as game changing. The staff at the local branch were knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble. An easy 5 stars to award.

Absolutely awful. After being accepted by landlord they found a y reason for revenge on me After reporting one of them for discrimination, well she got her revenge and we have been left without a house to move too... now struggling to find a new home After having given notice to my landlords. Only one of them deserves some respect COLIN HICKEY, only professional agent.

FacebookWe have recently bought our first home with Ashton's (Ashton branch) and Hannah and cheryl (mortgage advisor) were absolutely fabulous. Both were very helpful and nothing we asked was to much trouble. Would highly recommend made the process as easy as the possibly could!

GoogleI literally laughed when I read "award-winning service". I don't recommend anyone use Ashtons Estate Agents highly unprofessional service. They canceled my viewing appointment 3 times in a row, each with less than an hours notice and by text message. They were unapologetic and rude. Quite frankly, they don't even deserve the 1 star.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleI received an extremely professional and friendly service from Hannah and the rest of the team at Ashtons Acomb branch. I was buying a house from them and sincerely wished I had chosen them to sell mine as well!! They were fully supportive during solicitor issues I was experiencing and although they were not officially acting for me in any capacity, they all made sure that I was updated where necessary and were quick and courteous with my requests. Thank you so much everyone for calming the waters for me, much appreciated :-)
