Can not fault the team at Ashtons in Acomb, They all went above and beyond to assist us in our sale and purchase, they were in constant contact and always more than happy to help where possible to help everything go smoothly (Despite being put under pressure by me stressing from time to time!). Big thanks to Kennedy, Sarah and most of all Hannah who was always on the other end of the phone and more than happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. I have used Ashtons in the past and would certainly recommend them to anybody looking to sell or purchase property. Thank you so much to you all (You deserve a medal for putting up with me all this time !)

I contacted several real estate agents in York, and even had a tragic failed purchase experience. The bitterness was indescribable until I met Ashtons. Among the York real estate agencies I have come across, Ashtons is the best, not one of them. Their professionalism is reflected everywhere in the entire purchase process. We are first time buyers and have recently purchased a property through ashtons at newton le willows. The estate agent Stacey was amazing from the start. As first time buyers we obviously had a lot of queries and questions and Stacey was so attentive and informative from day one. She replied promptly with honest and frequent updates and reassured us through out the proccess, making sure we were always involved and up to date. She was extremely friendly and had great customer service and went above and beyond. I would honestly recommend ashtons as an estate agents because of Stacey to friends and family and want to say a massive thank you to her for making this experience as smooth as possible and ensuring our journey buying our first property was as exciting as it's suppose to be. We really hope Stacey gets the recognition she deserves for doing such a great job! :)

We have recently bought our first house through ashtons in Newton Le Willows; and right from the start Stacey was on hand to help us with anything. It took us a few months to find a house we love and at first we was beaten when making the offer. Stacey and Simon both had to deal with my emotional side when I thought I’d lost my first home, they was great! The house took a while to go through due to probate so Stacey had to deal with my constant nagging, moaning and questions for 6 months! Now that we are in our home we can’t thank her enough, from all the visits she made for us, to chasing up emails, answering all our questions and giving us reassurance she was great the whole process! We recently bought and sold with Ashtons in Newton le Willows and also used their mortgage advisor Joanne Hickey. We can't fault the service. From day one when we arranged the viewing in what is now our new home through ringing Stacey in bits when our first buyer fell through. Our house went on the market the week before Christmas and we moved into our new home on 24th feb. Buying and selling in 2 months!! Both simon and Stacey were brilliant. But special mention to Stacey who really did go above and beyond when things got tricky. Joanne arranged the mortgage with no hiccups too. We're never moving again coz moving day was too hectic but if we ever do Ashtons would be my first contact. Highly recommended ���

Excellent service and competitive charges. We recently sold our house in Chapelford through Ashton's, Penketh branch - within a week of it being on the market. Mike & Nick provided a great service and Mike especially went above and beyond to resolve an issue regarding some paperwork a solicitor further down the chain had suddenly decided at the last minute that they needed from our buyers in order to exchange & complete. Our property was vacant, so they handled all viewings but kept us informed of when visits would take place and even went to check on the house after it was reported back to them that our house alarm had been sounding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashton's to anyone who is wanting to sell a house within the Warrington area.

Sold our property through the Newton branch and the guys were fantastic throughout. Like most sales it wasn't the most straightforward and and we hit a few bumps along the way but both Simon and Stacey were great in terms of keeping us updated and communicating any issues we were facing. It all got very rushed at the end (through no fault of Ashtons) but they were great at pulling various aspects together, safe to say it probably wouldn't have gone through in time if they weren't so proactive. Not that we're ever planning on moving ever again but if we did we wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Post-sale, Ashtons were absolutely brilliant. Amy worked tirelessly to help try and secure our housing chain, especially when things were rough. It felt at times like she was single handedly co-ordinating things! Pre-sale was a bit different (hence 4 stars). Some of the reps were really good and showed multiple people around the property. However there were a number of times where reps didn't show up on time, or in some cases just knew nothing about the property.

Ashtons in Penketh have been fantastic in selling our house. The team are very efficient! We had a lot of viewings and all were followed up with feedback. Viewings were booked at times convenient to us, or the team took the viewings on our behalf. During the sale all paperwork/particulars were also sent to us. I cannot recommend Ashtons enough. We dealt with Ashtons on a previous house purchase and were impressed by their professionalism at the time. When we came to selling again we had no hesitation in approaching Ashtons. It was a very smooth and easy experience from start to finish. They were excellent at getting our property on the market quickly, arranging a number of viewings and keeping us updated throughout the process. All viewings were attended by an Ashtons employee (all extremely friendly) always giving full and useful feedback on the viewing. We have had the best experience with Ashtons, previously we had our house on the market with another agent for 17 months before trying Ashtons, and we'd had 2 sales fall through with the agent. Ashtons were recommended to us and throughout the whole service were so professional, I had underestimated how much of selling a house includes managing the sale through to completion and not just getting an offer.
