GoogleAfter 2 previous estate agents failed to sell our house, Adam took on the challenge. Sold to first viewer within a week. Also secured our forever family home with real professionalism. He knows the area, and speaks with great conviction. A credit to the agency, leaving us with a huge positive and satisfying experience.

Totally inept. Despite promises before we took them on to sell our house that they were flexible in their operations in helping viewings and being available should we wish to know anything, we found our experience to be entirely the opposite to this.

GoogleWe got shown around our new home by a lovely girl (can’t remmeber her name) from the Acomb branch with brown hair who fell in with our puppy. She was a delight and very professional. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat, we were very impressed!

TrustpilotGreat estate and letting agent
I first used Ashton’s to buy my home 10 years ago. They were brilliant. Then I went into the rental market. They managed two properties, I bought 2 more. My mum sold her house through Ashton’s.

FacebookCan't praise Ashton's (Stacey and Simon) highly enough for the level of professionalism they showed throughout what should have been a simple process, made difficult for reasons outside of their control. Ever helpful and extremely supportive at every stage. Thanks so much.
