GoogleRomans to avoid. We recently had our property valued by Romans in Yateley. The valuation was up to £330,00 In view of the excellent condition of the property. We placed the property on the market for less than the maximum valuation. A few weeks later we had a viewing from an employee of Romans , although he did not advise us of that at the viewing. He subsequently placed an offer of nearly £20,000 less than the asking price stating ridiculous reasons for such a low offer. This was on an email to our agent. He appears to be going around making silly offers for his own financial gain. Looking for vulnerable or desperate owners who he can exploit. Would you trust someone to achieve the best price for your property when he wants to buy yours for well under the market price ? He also appears to be viewing property that he cannot afford and is a complete time waster. A very un pleasant experience from a very un professional individual.
