She was extremely professional, her communication was second to none and she was very proactive throughout the 8 weeks from finding us a property, to exchange and completion. Ashleigh went above and beyond to meet our expectations and I would highly recommend her. Buying can be very stressful, but Ashleigh contributed to making the process smooth and very effectively.

They have been extremely professional throughout my current selling process and have always been on hand to advise and help wherever possible. They've made the process simple and hassle-free and have really put me at ease throughout what is generally a really stressful time. All the staff are friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and tirelessly to sell our house and not the 'typical' estate agent I was expecting. I highly recommend Romans

GoogleYou only find out how good your Estate Agent is, when things go wrong. Natalie & Elliott help us through the process to sell our old house and buy our new house. Our seller was a particularly awkward vendor, who even pulled the stunt of pulling out on contract exchange day. Natalie used all her charm and experience to get the process back on track. We moved last Friday ! Recommended.

GoogleAbsolute joke of a company I don’t know how they manage to keep stars so high. They bring you in on false pretences, we were told I can be moved into a house on a certain date, then after putting money down and tying up my house I’m told the house I want is going through probate. Constantly lied to regarding the probate dates, emails ignored. Literally caused months and months of stress, the most unprofessional company I’ve used. I’ve now heard that acting this way is known as ‘the Romans experience’, they refuse to acknowledge any misinformation they have given despite emails to show this. It’s now come to my attention that estate agents are unregulated so this is why they can act this way.
