Brilliant service from team Romans. Chloe was on the ball from the start. She was warm, confident and professional and was excited to bring the property to market. Having found the perfect property for my elderly mother to join me in Devon we needed a quick sale but at the required price she immediately got the house to market and found the perfect buyer during the awkward Christmas period. Chloe assisted all the way and with the team, enabled us to go to contract within two months. Catherine was also superb as her experience in the legal world was invaluable. We have had a great experience with Romans and our estate agent. Daniel Flemmings has been fantastic from start to finish. We started our journey unaware of everything that comes with buying a house and Dan went through every step with us. Once our offer was accepted, he continued to check in and still to this point, just before we are moving, he answers all our questions. It is so reassuring to know that as first time buyers we are in safe hands and the whole process has felt very stress free and super informative. We would 100% recommend to all buyers and specifically first time buyers who may be anxious as this has been a stress free and great experience for us due to our fab estate agent.

I have recently purchased a property through Romans where I was dealing with Jack Barton. Jack has been extremely informative and helpful throughout, and continued to keep me up to date on a weekly basis. He has also been able to help explain each step of the process and also answered any questions that I have had along the way. As a first time buyer, I have really appreciated how patient and organised Jack has been and he has made me feel at ease during the process. Communication is second to none, and will always reply to my emails within the hour - and will endeavor to call me with any updates. Also as a company, it was extremely helpful that they were able to recommend the solicitors to use. Thank you!!

I would just like to comment on service I received from Jack Barton at Romans Yateley. Which in my view was just excellent for us and the sale of our house. Nothing seemed too much trouble. From the pre-advice of clients wanting to see the property we were selling, to Solicitor recommendations, to even printing off documents for us as our printer had broken down for a period of time. In my view Jack made it work for the sale to go through and as stated nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks also to Elliot King who's input was extremely positive and helpful. Thanks to all.

We bought and sold with Romans and I would do this again. All of the staff at Romans was polite, approachable and helpful. We were always able to get hold of someone whatever the time and this commitment to working hard has helped, when we wanted to view houses during the evenings. Sam and Ashleigh took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for so they could match appropriate properties to us. They are always there to answer any questions no matter how trivial, especially Elliott. They go that extra mile to make sure everything gets done at the right time. While moving house can be a stressful experience, Craig and Kerris helped ensure this was as smooth as possible. This was in fact the second time we have used Romans and I can honestly say they were brilliant.

Romans did not handle our Sale but were the agents for our Purchase. The work performed by Ashleigh Hiscox at the Yateley office was Outstanding. When you are waiting to Exchange and Complete on a House Move the most important thing is to know what is going on. Ashleigh was the one link in the chain that could be relied upon to keep everyone updated and the process moving. This lady is not your typical Estate Agent and thank goodness for that. I don't often write reviews but feel the need to highlight that Elliott and his team have been fantastic with the sale of my property and his enthusiasm and knowledge are real assets. It’s a refreshing change to meet someone that clearly loves their job and company.They kept in touch and updated me with market conditions, prices and movement so by the time I was ready to sell we both had an understanding of expectations. The process since has been so smooth, thanks to Kerris (move manager at Romans), completion date is agreed and exchange of contracts done. I’ve bought and sold a few property in my years and this has to go down as the best experience ever, they clearly understand the high end market in the area. The process has been extremely professional so smooth and the worry removed. This I put down to understanding your customer and both Elliott and team have been outstanding in this regard. Cheers

We have been in contact with Ashleigh for months after struggling to sell our house and looking to purchase in the area. We found her attitude a breath of fresh air in the industry. She was honest and really worked with the brief of what we wanted. She continued to help and support us even when we found through another agent in a different area. She is an asset to any company and is well worth popping in and chatting to if you are thinking of selling or buying. The other staff were also helpful and not pushy like some local agents. You only find out how good your Estate Agent is, when things go wrong. Natalie & Elliott help us through the process to sell our old house and buy our new house. Our seller was a particularly awkward vendor, who even pulled the stunt of pulling out on contract exchange day. Natalie used all her charm and experience to get the process back on track. We moved last Friday ! Recommended.
