House hunting can be a daunting process at the best of times, but having Ashleigh there to help me out made it easy!! she was very attentive, and answered all my questions I had, she was very polite and put me at ease. Poor performance, last owners let the entire house in a tip, and dumped all sorts of junk in the loft including an old car tyre. All Romans promised was a gift basket to make up for all that, which i never even received!

Arranged a viewing and when arrived at at estate agents they told me property was already under offer so refused to show me. Bad communication and customer service. Also spoke to their financial advisor and hardly understood a word of English she spoke.
