I came down from Sheffield to view a house and had a separate appointment with a financial advisor. The original financial advisor passed to Ariane to deal with a 12 o'clock appointment. Received no call back. I waited and waited so left a couple of voicemails but no response. Poor poor customer service and left bitterly disappointed.

I have been looking to purchase a house in the Wymondham area over the past few weeks and have found that many of the houses i have been interested in have been listed by Abbotts. After dealing with the team there on a few occasions it is easy to understand why! Chelsea and Ellen have been great with advising me on the area, as i am not very familiar with Wymondham, also showing me property's that may be of interest to me rather than just showing me every property they have for sale in the area. They also had most of the properties I was interested in viewing in the area on their books, so I dealt with them quite a lot. We were very impressed with the service we received from Lorraine, the branch manager, who did her utmost to ensure that the whole process, from the initial viewing to exchange of contracts, went as smoothly as possible.
