GoogleAt the beggining of the buying process, had contact with Rosie Turley, happy with her job, always available to speak, always ready to help. Very disappointed with service provided, since they put us to aftersales team, communication dissappeared. Been dealing with Emma Atkin. Not possible to get in touch by phone or email, as always away from her desk or always on the meetings, on another calls or some other reason, just to not communicate. Incorrect information provided by Emma Atkin to us, so we lost £275 Very bad experience with Minors and Brady.

Connie helped us secure a viewing of a property which wasn’t yet on the market and thanks to Lee Mortier we were then able to secure it. Since then Lee has been great at keeping in touch - he is super friendly and very efficient. Thanks guys.

Although we had difficulties in the fact that the buyers solicitors kept throwing spanners into the works, Claire showed the utmost professionalism and dedication to us.
