TrustpilotToo Many Invited Reviews & Too Many Price Reductions!
People should beware of what they see here on Trust Pilot, as the vast majority of the glowing 5* reviews, always praising staff by name, are invited! Or, in more appropriate terms, pestered! I made the mistake of using these people, and even before the property went live, I was sent an email by a woman in their listing department asking me to leave a positive review!! This also happened to someone else I knew, some months before! It is clear they do this; just look at the number of once only reviewers here, and the fact they praise!This company are also renowned for taking properties on at full valuation, backed up by their values, and then, as in my experience, within less than two weeks, if not sold, they phone and hassle for a price reduction! This happened to me and to the people I referred to, as well! It doesn’t stop there, as if another two weeks pass and the property has still not sold, they suggest another price reduction! When I questioned their logic and said a firm no, they kept the pressure up, even misquoting statistics, to support their own claims of being the best selling agent in the area! False claims, based on ALL of their offices, scattered across a large area, and NOT specific to just one area! These people rely on commission and it doesn’t matter to them if the slice thousands off the asking price as all they lose is a few hundred, as a company, and a few pounds as the agent handling any sale! My advice is go elsewhere, but if you signed a contract, get out of it after it has run, change agent and before that refuse any cajoling or bullying to drop your price! After all, they valued it, not you!

Please if you have rented the house before don't listed in the website I phone thus agent about 1bed flat for answer the phone and saying is not for viewing I kept asking to put my name for viewing only one answer saying not for viewing when can I phone again answer not for Viewing I have asked my friends to phone was same answer , I said I will phone again next week , the same lady answer the said is fully booked for viewing I told her phoned last week to put my name for renting all she saying sorry is fully booked for Viewing ! Why you listed the house if you got somebody Just not professional and not respectfull don't rent from here unless you know who works there or British born and bread maybe the give chance to view houses for rent. RACIST PEOPLE I HAVE TO SAY .

Lee was exceptional during the initial marketing stage, Brooke was then equally as great offering advice in optimising the marketing strategy, and last but certainly not least, Emma was absolutely great in guiding me through the after sales process and keeping me informed with regular updates. When I felt that all was lost, Jamie always kept a positive attitude and went above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. His determination to find us our ideal home paid off and we couldn't be happier. His obvious passion for his job reflects in the excellent service he and his team provides. He always kept us up to date with any changes and progress with our sale and purchase. I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you all for such an excellent service. TIP: We used the solicitors and financial advisers recommended by Jamie. They all communicated very well together and took the stress out of the buying and selling process.

GoogleWe have just purchased our new home through Minors Brady in Wroxham and they were a refreshing change to deal with. We found all of the team without exception to be professional and knowledgeable. In particular we dealt with Adam Waters, if it wasn't for Adam I'm not sure we would have completed on our purchase which was a Little complex and lengthy. Adam managed to gather information from all the solicitors concerned and coordinate both the sale and purchase. He kept us well informed every step of the way. Both My husband and I felt we received an excellent and honest service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Minors and Brady for both sale and Purchase. The office is bright, well laid out and friendly. Their marketing has been carefully and skilfully considered presenting an upmarket image. I have worked in a similar industry for 25 years and Minors Brady is the epitome of how good estate agency should be. My heartfelt thanks to all the team and in particular to Adam, they deserve to be successful.

We had a rocky start initially with selling our home with Minors and Brady but once we got to the after sales department Aysegul looked after us amazingly and kept us up to date the whole way through! We are very appreciative for her hard work and dedication to our move. Special thanks to her. Only thing that would’ve been helpful was to be told where water stop cock and electricity meter was as it took us a while to find these and had to make a call.

GoogleAt the beggining of the buying process, had contact with Rosie Turley, happy with her job, always available to speak, always ready to help. Very disappointed with service provided, since they put us to aftersales team, communication dissappeared. Been dealing with Emma Atkin. Not possible to get in touch by phone or email, as always away from her desk or always on the meetings, on another calls or some other reason, just to not communicate. Incorrect information provided by Emma Atkin to us, so we lost £275 Very bad experience with Minors and Brady.
