Our buying and selling process has been quite stressful as we have a new baby , and things haven’t always gone to plan.Claire responded to my emails straight away , was always very easy to get hold of. We bought a house through Minor and Brady Caister this year.The branch manager was very helpful in getting things sorted. They helped us negotiate a good price.We had some delays that were not their fault but Cass at after sales chased it up for us daily. She always replied to my many calls and was patient with my frustrations! We are very happy and settled in our new home. Just bare in mind if moving to the area, Norfolk time is slower than the rest of the country. But it's an advantage once you are here to relax

Ange took over the sale of my elderly parents property after they were struggling to sell. Her consideration for their ages and her constant support made the whole experience far less worrying for them. Her communication throughout the whole process was excellent and kept on top of chasing solicitors to push the sale through and get my parents moved as soon as possible. We cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend!
