Joe was lovely when showing us around a potential property. He didn't make us feel rushed like some other agencies and was honest and helpful. The property wasn't for us in the end, but he was kind and friendly and would happily recommend him to other for viewings.

Waited a week to view a house ,booked viewing then day before they cancelled it ,only to say we could view one night in the week in the dark ,as Adam is too busy.Really not impressed as we have just about sold our house and needed to make a decision on this property and a new build.

Just exchanged contracts after long involved process albeit a very short chain. Claire Wilson has been working hard all along to keep us in the picture and making sure our views were known throughout the chain, even though we (as buyers only) were making no financial contribution to Minors & Brady.
