GoogleHaving dealt with a number of agents over the years in Suffolk and elsewhere, including France, both buying and selling, I can absolutely say that this company is one of the most professional I have dealt with. In the context of a buyer on this occasion, the after sales team were responsive and professional, in particular Lauren who I had the most communication with. I appreciated being spoken to on an equal level and any queries were taken seriously and given due time and attention.
I also need to add viewing experience. Hannah was the viewing agent and she had an approach that was professional but also friendly. Hannah was punctual and well informed on the property being viewed and happy to follow up any queries made - a good viewing experience.

Minors & Brady were very proactive and professional throughout the whole sale and purchase process. For no fault of their own our original purchase fell through just before Christmas but they managed our buyer's expectations well and kept everyone in the loop. The sales progression team initially, Jamie and then Julia Pauluch, were particularly enthusiastic and kept in touch and communicated with all parties on a very regular basis. Without their help and tenacity we very much doubt our eventual purchase would have come to successful conclusion. The Minors & Brady team at Wroxham fought our corner for us and for that we are very grateful. They come highly recommended!
