TrustpilotGreat estate agents
Eleanor was fantastic for this viewing. She was very knowledgable about the property and showed us all the features the properties had to offer. We are keen to view the property again as we were very impressed with the estate agents service as they bent over backwards to accommodate our limited time for viewings.

GoogleJust exchanged our contracts, the after sales service provided by Claire Wilson was excellent and certainly helped get a complicated sale over the line. We were kept informed about the sales chain at all times and Claire built relationships with all parties, meaning that issues were quickly resolved. This service makes Minors and Brady stand out as an estate agent, would definitely recommend them.

Mia Staff was really helpful, and especially being a first time buyer and not having any experience in buying a home she has made the process a lot easier for me and my partner.I'd highly recommend Mia for an honest and helpful person to assist you when buying a new home for yourself.

TrustpilotLooked at a period property yesterday
Looked at a period property yesterday. Lewis was 100%, the best person yet to show us round - he was clued up on details of the house and because of this level of detail, he pre-empted a number of our questions. He had obviously done his homework and retained the information he obtained from the owner. He was friendly and professional. A credit to your company .

TrustpilotSuperior Customer Experience
Prompt response, and they were quite supportive in chasing up the required information as much as possible. The process was smooth and seamless.Particularly was Beth Linton, the lettings co-ordinator for the property - very courteous and kind.Compared to my previous agency, which had a non-empathetic process and pressured me to sign a contract without viewing the EPC documents, Minors & Brady was very transparent. I would recommend them any time!

Trustpilotthank you for your hard work
Cassandra Creek from Minors and Brady, Wroxham was excellent in progressing my sale - my buyers reduced their offer by a vast amount, but Cass managed to reduce the price of my purchase by a lot of hard work, which was greatly appreciated - sale would have fallen through otherwise. Really great service from Minors and Brady, and Cassandra in particular.
