GoogleWe brought our first house and couldn't be so grateful to Minors and Brady specially Nagilla Santos who dealt with our transaction. We had few issues with our solicitors that hold us a little bit but she was very very keen to get it sort it for us and chase them and guide us and finally we have our lovely place. We called lots of time and she was very happy to answers all our questions and concerns as first time buyers. Highly recommend, very professional, friendly polite, outstanding customer service.

GoogleWe have just purchased our stunning new home through Minors & Brady and have been really pleased with the service they've provided. We were particularly impressed by Claire in the aftersales department who was both friendly and professional, and kept us regularly updated on the progress of our purchase, and supported us with getting updates from the solicitors and all parties involved. Claire really helped alleviate some of the stress from the process and we are very thankful for this!

GoogleMinors and Brady have been top draw from the off with the sale of our property. We initially went to view a property to purchase through M&B with Connor Robinson, who was really supportive but most importantly was honest about our position as we weren't on the market. We discussed a valuation on our own property, along with getting other agents to do the same. Joe came over and was super polite, and very respectful, especially with Covid protocols. He was really informative, and gave us good details about the market and constructive feedback on our property. Connor answered all of my questions extremely well and I felt confident that I could trust him and the team to sell my property in the right way. He managed me, and buyers really well. He's gone above and beyond to support us in finding a property, taking calls late in the evenings, at weekends and generally being there to answer whatever questions I have. He has also helped us with our onward purchase by sharing his expertise abiut property on the market. Everyone at M&B has been brilliant. We're now in the after sales process and I feel positive that everything is in hand. These guys are good quality, not pushy at all and there for you whether you are buying or selling. Definitely get in touch with them Update - we've now exchanged on our property, and as per our experience so far the afters ales team have been brilliant. The process was a lot longer than any of us involved could have ever imagined! GoogleMinors and Brady valued my property higher than other estate agents and although the others said that the amount was unachievable, they were able to find me a buyer at their valuation price within a week of the property going on the market. The photos of the property taken by Minors and Brady were way better quality than the other estate agent i decided to go with, the photographer dressed the rooms how he thought that they would look best and did a really great job. Chloe in the aftersales team has been fantastically helpful all the way through the process and has kept me updated. GoogleFrom start to finish, Minors & Brady Estate Agents were the most professional and best value for us compared to other Estate Agents in the area. Once the house was marketed it sold within 24hours and then the after sales team at Wroxham took over and Brooke was assigned to our sale. She provided excellent customer service and quickly and efficiently answered our questions and made contact with all parties speedily. She kept us informed at all times. I would highly recommend them if you’re thinking of moving home. They are a motivated agent who are passionate about what they do and have your best interests at heart.
