GoogleFrom start to finish, Minors & Brady Estate Agents were the most professional and best value for us compared to other Estate Agents in the area.
Once the house was marketed it sold within 24hours and then the after sales team at Wroxham took over and Brooke was assigned to our sale. She provided excellent customer service and quickly and efficiently answered our questions and made contact with all parties speedily. She kept us informed at all times.
I would highly recommend them if you’re thinking of moving home. They are a motivated agent who are passionate about what they do and have your best interests at heart.

GoogleI have been extremely impressed with Minors And Brady from start to finish. The communication and professionalism has been excellent throughout. I would like to make a special mention to Sarah Short who is part of the after sale team as she was instrumental in resolving the latter stages of my rather complicated sale. Sarah always returned my calls and responded to emails promptly. Sarah went above and beyond and way extremely helpful. I genuinely do not believe I would have completed in the time scales had it not been for her intervention and handling of the last stages of the transaction. I would recommend anyone use Minors and Brady as the service is outstanding.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleOur experience of buying a house through Minors and Brady has been positive throughout. Once a price had been agreed the "after sale" service from Chloe has been consistently excellent. She has shown herself to be a caring person, whilst being a good listener. When we have raised an issue she has been quick to liaise with the vendor and come back to us promptly. It has been a stress-free experience for which we are very grateful to Chloe in particular.

Joe was on time for our viewing and provided an informative tour of the property. He was also able to answer a number of questions about the area, the current owners and the house itself, whereas other agents often say "call the office". Thanks Joe!

If he promised to give a call back, he did just that. Being from South Africa and moving across to another continent, Elliot has honestly been such a pleasure to deal with and so helpful.

GoogleI've had a really good service from Gina in aftersales and all of Minors and Brady while selling my property with them. Despite some delays with my own solicitor, Gina had kept involved and helping to chase up, as well as keeping me updated. Fees were very competitive I would recommend, and would like to use them again when selling in future myself!

We viewed a property through the Wroxham branch and were shown round by Leah who I believe was fairly new in post. Leah was both friendly and professional, giving us the time and space to view properly.

TrustpilotGood viewing experience
Had a viewing with Liam Upton, he was very professional and seemed to be very prepared for us. He was informative and helpful and booked us an appointment with a mortgage broker. The viewing time had to be changed slightly but we were given plenty of notice and kept in the loop, Liam was also very apologetic about the change. All in all a good experience.

GoogleI’ve recently completed the sale of a residential property using Minors & Brady Wroxham and during the process I have been incredibly well looked after by Abi McIntosh (Pre-Sales) and Jasmine Fitt (After-Sales).
Each of them was highly pro-active and friendly in a professional manner - making a demanding period much more palatable.
Having experienced a number of house sales over the years this has been by far the best experience.
