I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Chloe in relation to a property we were purchasing from her client. I had sold my own property via an online only agent who provided little to no help moving things forward after it turned out I also had a useless solicitor. However, Chloe was professional, helpful, compassionate, patient and driven to help myself and her client. She went completely above and beyond keeping me in the loop and she so was understanding with everything. I cannot thank her enough for her assistance which was essential to getting us to completion. When we weren't certain on either property, he was very inquisitive and asked us our preferences so he could keep an eye out for anything else we'd like. Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, Minors and Brady are the most dishonest and untrustworthy company I have ever come across. Selling our house through them and the list of issues is endless, here are some highlights;1. Lost our house keys and didn’t tell us for almost two weeks. Acted like this was no big deal, and just offered to get a new key cut. They did replace the locks but only when we insisted on this. A huge security issue and when questioned about the procedure for keeping keys safe it was made clear they do not have one.2. House was continually left unlocked after viewings, often for the whole day until we returned from work in the evening. Again they acted like this wasn’t an issue as “there was no break in reported”. 3. Made additional copies of our keys without our knowledge or consent. When we questioned why the copies had been made they could not / would not give us a reason why. If it was for a honest reason I’m sure they would have just told us. We had to get our locks changed AGAIN this time at our own expense. 4. On two separate occasions they reduced the asking price of our house without our permission. The first we knew of it was when we saw the change on Rightmove! They changed it back as soon as we requested but it should never have happened in the first place. 5. They arranged a meeting between our buyer and their mortgage advisor to take place at our house, without our knowledge. Just turned up on the doorstep and seemed very offended when we would not let them use our house as a meeting space. 6. Items in our house were damaged and moved. Whilst this could have been cause by a client viewing it, it is the agent’s responsibility to ensure this does not happen. 7. Communication throughout has been absolutely dire and we are either told bare face lies or they just flat out refuse to answer our questions. Jamie Minors, the owner, would not even discuss the issues with me, clearly they can’t even come up with an excuse for their unprofessionalism. 8. Funny how they continually pressured us to reduce, and then when we took the house off the market we suddenly got an offer from someone who had never even viewed the house but happened to be friends with staff at Minors & Brady, what a strange coincidence. 9. One of their agents visited our property without our knowledge when we weren’t there and was looking in the windows and entered the garden. We then received a very strange phone call from them where they admitted to being there. This was 6 months after we had stopped viewings with them and they no longer had a key or any reason to be there. When questioned why they were there, they refused to answer.We are currently taking legal advice and speaking with the property ombudsman regarding an even more serious issue than the above but have been advised not to publicly discuss this matter whilst taking legal action.Jamie, I would love to discuss these issues with you, as I have been trying to for several months now, but you are obviously unable to have a mature and professional conversation.

My other half and I have viewed a good handful of properties now, with different estate agent team members each time, but Amber was by far the best person we've had show us around a place. Looking around someone's house can sometimes feel a little awkward, but Amber was incredibly friendly, approachable, and down-to-earth whilst remaining professional. We felt like we could be ourselves whilst looking around and talk opening - we were even able to have a laugh with her! We felt really comfortable at this viewing, which was a nice feeling, and we can honestly say it was all thanks to Amber! Unfortunately, our overall experience with Minors and Brady wasn't great and definitely felt turbulent at times. When first communicating with them they appeared positive, responsive and helpful; unfortunately as our purchase progressed this was not maintained. The estate agents we dealt with during the viewing/offer stage of our purchase became unreliable to reach and also to hear from. They would guarantee a call back within a certain period of time (we fully understand they are balancing multiple properties/customers); however, we would go hours and sometimes days past the given time frame before hearing from them and would often have to reach out to chase them ourselves. Once our offer was accepted, we moved on to the Sales Progression team. The first progressor we encountered appeared to misinform us on multiple occasions. We were led to believe all other chain parties were ready to complete and felt pressured to do the same (despite the Progressor being aware we were waiting on the completion of necessary paperwork in order for this to be possible); we felt pressured and uncomfortable and then discovered this was not the case and in fact other chain members were also not yet ready. Later in the process once we were ready we were advised contracts for other Buyers/Sellers had been signed; this also turned out to be untrue and had then given us false hope and a misinterpretation of the time scale we may be looking at. We were also discouraged by our first progressor from having direct contact with our seller. However, after such a lack of communication and increase in misinformation we decided that this would be the best option; it allowed us the regular contact and easy access to information that we needed. Chloe was the progressor who took over our sale towards the back end of the process and she was absolutely amazing! Chloe was easy to reach, stayed in contact regularly and gave honest and realistic updates. We really felt that Chloe sympathised with our situation and gave it everything she had to get our completion finalised. Once Chloe took over we had the keys within 3 or so weeks and whilst we know some of this will be due to the process drawing to a close; there were multiple complications towards the end of our purchase and we felt that Chloe did everything in her power to make things work for us and keep us updated on each step along the way. We honestly cannot thank Chloe enough for the work she put in for us over the time she took over our Purchase. She made us feel valued and informed during a very stressful time. She is most definitely an asset to the Minors and Brady team. Our overall experience was poor however our 4 star rating is based on the amazing service we received from her. If we were rating Chloe alone it would have been a straight 5 stars! Unfortunately that's not possible and we can't totally ignore the experience we had in other areas of the business. But again, huge thank you to Chloe we could have come away feeling very differently if it wasn't for you. Absolute star!

After multiple awful experiences with other estate agents, Minors and Brady were a breath of fresh air. Their staff are friendly, warm and have a fabulous 'can-do' attitude. They were very knowledgeable about everything they did, kept us updated at every turn and kept us hopeful all the way through the process. We completed on the sale of our property and our new home today. Sarah in the after sales team was great, chased up every thing we asked (as I'm sure everyone else was sick of the sound of our voices) constantly kept updating us and genuinely wanted the best for us throughout the process. Really impressed with Minors and Brady, after having a VERY bad experience with a certain company with oddly coloured bricks we decided to bring on another agent. Was the best decision we made when selling our house, Curtis was our first introduction and he was a very friendly and informative guy who put our concerns at ease. All of the agents who did the viewings were knowledgeable, friendly and organised, if there ever was an issue we would always be informed swiftly. Abi was always at the end of the phone to acknowledge and resolve our concerns, a very different experience to other estate agents. Even through to the point of sale agreed she has assisted with getting the solicitors in line and hasn't forgotten about us after the sale was agreed. Could not recommend these guys enough!

I’d like to extend a very big thank you to all the team at M&B who I’ve dealt with during the sale of my property recently. Everyone has been terrific. I really am impressed by the set up they have that means a different team worked with me as I moved through the phases of the sale. It’s a great idea and it allows for each department to focus and specialise in what I needed them to be doing. The value of this became so clear in the After Sales part of the process when things got a little bumpy….
