I am writing as a vendor who has recently instructed Minors and Brady Wroxham to sell our property. I cannot comment on the sales process since we have only been with them for 7 days. However the service we have received from Chris at the Wroxham branch has been excellent. He has a friendly yet professional and efficient approach to his work ensures that we have all the information and support that we need to market our property. He works with a great team and it would be unfair for me not to mention; the extremely talented photographer, Will; Laurel and Abi who both listen to our needs and have sent us timely and efficient correspondence; Dan and Adam, the videography team, who came last week and treated our house with the greatest respect whilst also being very interested in all the extra bits of information we passed on to them before making the video and the amiable and professional James, who showed a potential buyer around on Saturday. It was clear that he had done some research on our property and had read all the notes prior to meeting the potential buyers. He also wanted snippets of information about the house from us too. Everyone that I have met, spoken to or received emails from within the company has been happy in their work and provided a very comprehensive service. All that we can hope for now is that their hard work results in a sale. Thanks Chris for all your support so far. What a great team.

We had the luxury of buying and selling through Minors and Brady. Whilst it has had many ups and downs since the moment we put an offer in it has all paid off. None of this would be possible without the hard work and perseverance of Nagilla Santos. She has been amazing throughout, no matter the curveballs thrown her way she took it all in her stride to push things forward and get everything back on track. Nagilla kept us informed at every step as well as making contact before she went on leave to see if we needed anything and to advise who to contact in her absence. She has been very attentive and we are so grateful for everything that she has done. Now to look forward to our future in our dream forever home. Being the first time we had sold a property, we had signed with another estate agent and had no action and only 2 viewings in the space of 12 weeks. We therefore signed with Minors and Brady and we’re extremely impressed by their work ethic, professionalism and communication. Once we had sold, Cassie in the after sales team was exceptional! She kept in contact all stages of the sale and made sure I was informed of everything. She was very friendly and professional at all times, and chased everything. Cassie made the whole process very easy and not stressful and is a genuine asset for the business. We had a really positive experience selling via Minors and Brady, from the valuation, to the photos ( which were really quick and looked amazing! Almost made us fall in love with our house all over again and not want to move ! ) to the keeping us up to date with viewings and negotiations on our behalf all the way through to sale and the excellent post sale where we were truly looked after by Nagilla. Our onward purchase was moving slower than expected and Nagilla took away all of the stress of chasing solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the onward chain. Absolutely incredible service and a credit to the business.

Most of our dealings were with Nagilla who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Everything was communicated to us as and when was necessary. Nagilla was always willing to help and was great at chasing up the rest of the chain for updates and answers to enquiries. Without her I don't think we would have exchanged when we did. This is now the second viewing with Emily and on both occasions they have been faultless. Emily is a credit to your company, she was able to answer all the questions we had at both properties. From the initial introduction to the farewell she was a delight with a perfect balance of hands on guidance through the properties whilst allowing my wife and I space when we were discussing our thoughts about particular elements of the viewing. Sales Progression Team. I honestly can’t say how pleased I am with the level of service from the Sales progression team, in particular Nagilla Santos. I had a particularly difficult issue with the Help to Buy redemption, which turned into an utter nightmare. Nagilla and her team took the task on and stayed on hold with them for over 5 hrs and refused to stop without out getting an answer from them, which she finally did and made sure the sale went through on the completion date. I was kept updated daily and helped where I could but they really did do an amazing job and would absolutely recommend minors , just for the sales progression team.

We moved in with Minors and Brady about a week ago. After some miscommunication with the landlord the move in was a little bumpy as the house wasn’t prepped for us to move into. However after making contact with our agent Samuel, he and his colleague Lauren have been nothing but helpful since. Immediately making himself available Samuel arranged for anything we needed to be taken care of, sending someone out to clear up left over belongings so we needn’t worry, arranging for cleaners to be sent out to sort issues raised. Constantly dealing with everything we had throw to him, Samuel has been brilliant, ensuring he’s constantly an approachable member of the team. Introducing us to his colleague and our property manager Lauren to ensure any further queries or help we needed was dealt with. I’d like to say both have been a credit to the company. Many thanks and we look forward to continuing with you.
