Buying and selling is often fraught with raised hopes and last minute changes. Connie Staff at Minors & Brady was always very positive and kept me very much in the loop with all the sudden changes when I was buying. Even when we had a purchase fall through she remained positive and I would definitely recommend her and the agency for being proactive and dynamic.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of Minors & Brady. From day 1 they were nothing but helpful. My partner and I had so many issues with other agencies that when these guys actually answered the phone and kept us updated we were completely shocked. Work with them and they will work with you. Shoutout to Beth from the Wroxham branch. She is without a doubt the best housing agent working in the east of England. Incredibly helpful and understanding especially given the stressful circumstances. Without a doubt 10/10 you dont need to go to anyone else. Minors & Brady all the way.

GoogleWe have just completed on our first property purchase, it's can be very confusing and Jasmine was amazing in keeping us up to date. I honestly could not recommend minors and Brady enough. We viewed the flat four times and they were repsonsive and accomodating for all the requests at short notice. Jasmine In after sales was on the case everyday and pushed the sale through as quick as possible. Very rare you get 5 star customer service but can honestly say Jasmine proactively did everything to keep us and seller updated. Nothing I can add to improve the service at all was fabulous. Minors and Brady are fantastic.

GoogleA really great estate agents, especially for first time buyers. A massive thank you to Lauren Newby for being so kind and helpful during the process of buying our home. Lauren was a breath of fresh air during the process and it was as if I was talking to a friend whenever we spoke or emailed. Her attitude really helped our nerves and she never made us feel silly when we asked really simple questions, and she made sure to quickly chase up anyone if we had queries. I’d give a million stars if I had the option!

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Minors & Brady. We had a varied experience, some of which does not warrant a 5 star review. Please read. We had our house valued by a smart, charming and knowledgeable young man who quickly convinced us to sign up with them (clearly a good salesman). We were told that they had a list of contacts who might be interested in viewing and we were encouraged by the enthusiasm that our house would sell quickly because it was one of the ‘top seller’ type properties in our area. Within minutes of the valuer leaving, we received a call to arrange a viewing for the next day. How exciting! It went downhill from there. We had to wait 10 days for a photographer although he did a brilliant job. Then it was published following our approval. From there, we had very little interest. The few viewings that were scheduled were cancelled, more often than not without the agency informing us, and several times the agent was late. I had to call the estate agent to ask for updates weekly as I did not hear much from them. Due to the little interest in our property, we were advised to widen the price bracket, which we agreed to. This sparked little interest. I personally had to do my own viewings on 3 occasions, which resulted in 2 offers the following day (I wonder whether me showing the house had something to do with it). Both offers were considerably less than our original asking price, and we were encouraged to accept one of them as they were both in strong positions. By this point, I was fed up. I felt as though they had over promised and under delivered. I was told that our house was probably over valued by the valuer, hence the lower offers. We needed to sell so we accepted an offer. I have no problem selling my house for what it’s worth but was disappointed that it was overvalued with no indication that we may have to drop that low. That’s when Claire W (senior after sales progressor) took over. Claire was brilliant from the moment she took on our house sale. She called me regularly with updates, chased whoever needed chasing, she responded to emails really quickly and she was always super friendly. Between us, we pushed through and finalised the sale. There were plenty of bumps along the way which made it quite stressful yet she listened to me calmly and was supportive throughout. I genuinely don’t think I could have continued with the sale without Claire, particularly as I was already so disappointed with how our sale journey began. So for Claire, I give a 5 star review. Thank you for everything. Overall, I don’t think I’d use Minors & Brady’s again. Everybody was friendly and seemed knowledgeable but I do feel like I paid a lot of money for a service I wasn’t entirely happy with.

GoogleMoving from Ireland to the UK is hard enough as it is but dealing with Minors & Brady is such a pleasure and makes the move go so smoothly. Can't view rental properties because I don't live there yet but this not a problem because they have sent me walk through videos to help me with my decision. I've been dealing with Joe in the Wroxham branch and he has been brilliant to deal with. He has done so much work for us in getting us a rental property. Thank you Joe

GoogleI have been very impressed by Cass in the aftercare team of Minors and Brady. A difficult and somewhat stressful purchase Cass kept me informed throughout and personally assisted in ensuring that all persons involved in the transaction were equally informed. She was certainly instrumental in concluding the purchase which had become somewhat drawn out and beyond the time scale which I had made a condition when my offer was accepted. I would have withdrawn from the purchase had she not been so conscientious and supportive throughout.

GoogleWe had a long wait for our move to all come together and Claire at the Wroxham branch was integral to that progress. She would call us weekly to update on progress, even if there was no progress! In the last few weeks as we neared exchange, Claire was finding out progress at each part of the chain on a daily basis and chasing when things needed to be chased. We had an important deadline to reach and I do believe that if it wasn’t for Claire, we might not have managed it, but we did! I would highly recommend Minors and Brady if you wish to sell your house with a big shout out to Claire! Thanks!

GoogleMy husband and I recently sold our home in Blofield and relocated our family to London. Like many others, we had three valuations before listing our property for sale. Joe valued our property and was very thorough; he was well presented, knowledgeable about the local market and we felt confident in his comprehensive appraisal. Whilst offering a very competitive rate, Minors were not the cheapest quote we received, but you get what you pay for and we opted to go with them over another local competitor. Joe was very helpful with getting the property ready to list. I can be quite fussy (who wouldn't be when selling their home?) and this was never a problem, Joe listened to all of my ideas and also gave constructive feedback in how to dress and stage the property - he suggested a few inexpensive tweaks which made all the difference when the photos were taken. It is perhaps worth mentioning that Joe then visited once more with the photographer, offering guidance to ensure the images produced were aligned to our vision in creating a quality set of particulars and sales brochure, really capturing areas we wanted to showcase. Once listed, Lee managed our sale. Lee was always available at the other end of the phone, always honest (I am straight talking and would far prefer the polite truth rather than fluffy sales waffle) and easy to communicate and work with. He has a decent sense of humour too, which helps keeps the mood light in stressful situations (selling your home is up there with the top stresses, right?). In the interest of a fair review, I will be honest and say that we had a few initial teething problems with marketing our property, but Lee was great to deal with and helped us to resolve the issues we had without any kind of awkward feeling. For me, seeing how someone handles things that aren't going so great is just as important as praising the parts which are plain sailing - and I found Lee to be very professional and fair. With his support, we successfully sold our property for the asking price. A quick shout out to Connie - I did most of the viewings myself since I work from home, but Connie came over to host a few for us. Connie was great, super friendly, made viewers feel at ease, always came across very well and we were comfortable with her in our home. Minors have a great team - Joe, Lee and Connie were all great to deal with. Though I have to say, the absolute star of the show for me was Claire Wilson who managed the after sales process for us. I don't know where to start in singing Claire's praises! Selling a property /moving home is SERIOUSLY stressful, and especially when relocating 150 miles away, but Claire was always as cool as a cucumber, incredibly organised, never dropped the ball. Claire kept us well informed at every stage of the process, I never needed to prompt her, she was always one step ahead. Don't quote me on this, but I think she has something like 20 years' experience, and it shows! She is an absolute asset to Minors and Brady and both myself and my husband were incredibly grateful for the consistent high standard of service she delivered. I would recommend Minors & Brady to others considering a move - and you've guessed it - I am going to mention Claire again here.... Claire's 5* support alone was worth every penny we paid; it also reaffirmed our decision to pay that little extra compared to another agent (who was willing to shave off another 0.25%) was the right one... sometimes it's just not worth chasing that bottom price, you have to weigh it up against your own time and stress and the cost of your sale falling through. Without doubt, Claire's dedication to delivering a first class service kept my stress levels at bay and contributed enormously to our sale progressing to completion without any major hiccups. Big thanks to everyone at Minors and Brady.

GoogleThe team at Minors & Brady have made the process of selling a house unbelievably stress free. From valuation to marketing, negotiating the sale and the after sales care, they have been excellent. The valuation process was easy, the agent Jack was professional and friendly and immediately I felt a sense of trust and confidence with the company. The marketing of my home, in particular the photographs were outstanding, it’s clear when looking at other agents sales particulars that Minors & Brady have the edge and know just how to sell a lifestyle, which is what buyers need to see. At the open day, through the agent, Olly’s, excellent negotiation skills and warmth of character he was able to secure several offers on the property. What I have been most impressed with is the after sales care. Being allocated one agent; Lauren, to personally look after the process, I received regular updates by phone and email and whenever I made contact with a query, I always received a call back from Lauren within the hour if she was unavailable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. We had many conversations throughout the process and throughout she was so friendly, knowledgable, empathetic and encouraging - a real credit to the company! Without Lauren’s continuous support, I would have been stressed and confused about what was happening or what to do next. I can’t thank you all enough!

She has been chasing all the relevant parties from the start and has allowed for us to move forward in such good time. Any little hiccup was quickly resolved and has left my partner and I feeling very calm and confident. I can safely say out of all the solicitors, mortgage brokers and estate agents involved in my chain purchase, Claire has been the most helpful and has made the process least stressful it can be. I sold my flat this year (2023) after putting it up for sale in 2022. Unfortunately my first sale fell through and the second sale that completed was for 15K less. However I don't blame Minors & Brady for this but more the first buyer and the current state of affairs with the world.Minors and Brady did me a great deal on selling my flat and were really good at communicating throughout the whole process. I was really impressed with the pictures they took of my flat and was fairly happy with the amount of interest generated considering the circumstances.The best part of my experience with Minors and Brady was the after sales care from Rosie. She was really good at chasing and making sure things were moving along and was very pleasant to deal with.Overall I would recommend Minors and Brady and will keep them in mind for the future.

Emily was very professional in her conduct regarding the viewing of a property but managed this was a friendly open disposition, she was also very knowledge when asked questions about the house.While looking around she gave my husband and myself space but not so much that we felt we were viewing it ourselves.Never felt hurried along during the viewing and asked if there was anything else she could help us with when we had finished looking round.Very good service.
