I have never had to chase for an update whilst in Claire’s capable hands, even after a few hiccups along the way I felt at ease knowing Claire was there to help. We have recently moved from quite a distance and I have been really pleased with the service I received from Minors and Brady. Cassie provided the aftercare and was always there either by email or phone. We did have a tricky two day move and problems with a private road which Cassie was able to assist me chasing Solicitors. GoogleIt has taken a long time to sell my house because chains have kept falling through but I have been really pleased with all the staff at Minors and Brady and especially Claire Wilson who eventually concluded the sale for me. GoogleI viewed a property in Buxton, and was shown round by Emily Bygraves, one of the property consultants with Minors and Brady's Wroxham office. The last time I moved was over 13 years ago, so I was understandably a little out of my 'comfort zone'. However, I needn't have worried as Emily was both friendly and professional, she obviously new about the property she was showing me around, and was happy to answer any questions I had, or refer to the owner if she was unsure. All in all, a first class experience, thank you!

GoogleFrom our very first viewing to completion of our sale, Minors & Brady have been great. Brilliant service with friendly staff. Gina dealt with us throughout the purchase process and was fab to deal with. Communication was good, whilst often we couldn't get through on the phone straight away however she always returned calls in a timely manner and was extremely prompt at responding to emails. We had some difficulty with communication from solicitors on both sides however Gina was excellent at liaising with all parties and she was always polite and professional to deal with, keeping us constantly updated on the position of our sale. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Minors & Brady and would particularly like to thank Gina for her patience and great service throughout. She was a pleasure to work with. Jasmine & Alex Weight.

GoogleAs someone new to letting I found Minors and Brady really helpful. They gave great advice on how to prepare my property and good guidance on price point. They clearly know the market and secured a high number or viewings and a high percentage of those viewers wanting to proceed, which gave my plenty of choice. Sam was terrific in dealing with all the logistics and admin that needed to be completed once I had chosen my tennants and very helpful with all my questions. Great service. Thank you.

Cassandra Creak at Minors and Brady was an absolute star, from the moment the sale was agreed she was on the ball. The sale was not straight forward, and without Cassandra being as proactive as she was I think I may have gone mad. I received regular updates on the progress of the sale and she even stepped in when an issue occurred down the chain, and very quickly had all parties involved talking and the issue was resolved. Nigilla was very good at her job,she kept us updated throughout our sale, it has been a strenuous year for us but they pulled it off. The only issues we had was we thought the sales team were abit pushy, we know sales targets must be met BUT they need to go about this another way quite stressful at times but once sold everything went much smoother.. thanks again.

*** AVOID AVOID AVOID *** If I could give a NO star review I would. Right from the beginning, literally, there has been mistake after mistake after mistake. There is never any feedback & communication from them to us was zero; unless to confirm a viewing. Now I have pulled the plug, the manager, Dan, is trying his bullying tactics & threatening all sorts. He can try all he likes but he'll get bored before I do!! If, after all the errors that they've made, they expect to get a penny out of us, then they really are living in cuckoo land. I'd rather give the money to a charity. I gave them a chance & they failed MISERABLY on SEVEN separate occasions. Think SERIOUSLY before using this agent - there are so many better ones out there but we decided to give the underdogs the chance first. Sadly for them, it hasn't worked out but at least I now know that whoever gets our money, they'll have earnt it error free.
