Minors & Brady were great. They marketed the property well and secured a buyer in no time. Casandra Creak looked after us then through to completion. She kept us fully updated and was proactive in keeping the chain moving. She was professional at all times and a good communicator. I suspect it would have been a much more stressful experience without her help and assistance. Would highly recommend.

Our sale & purchase have been a bit of a rollercoaster but Nagilla Santos has been a light in the gloom that we have often felt. Nagilla is highly efficient and has pushed those who needed pushing very professionally. She's also very personable and has been a pleasure to deal with. Hi I would like to put on record what a fantastic jobs this estate agent is doing! Special Samuel who even though I was sending emails after emails he always replied within minutes. Dealing with the vetting agency and landlord, he was always keeping me updated about what was going on. Even went a miles extras. Couldn’t be happier, I will definitely tell my entourage what a wonderful experience I had. Thumbs up.

GoogleSam provided an excellent viewing via WhatsApp for us (5* rating for the viewing)as we presently live in Staffordshire. We can see that the property is on a good size plot with potential to extend at the back if desired. Unfortunately, the property retains many of its 'original features' such as polystyrene ceiling tiles on a number of ceilings and an asbestos roof on the garage, both we experienced in a previous property that we purchased many years ago. As there would be a significant amount of work and money required to bring it up to today's standard, we will not be progressing with this property but want to thank Sam for his time and for providing an excellent viewing for us.

GoogleMinors were very good but in particular Gina Page was amazing. My situation was a difficult one but Gina kept me updated all the way though. Always replying either by call or email. I genuinely believe if it wasn't for Gina chasing my solicitors (which were useless by the way) crossing the t’s and dotting the I’s the sale wouldn't have got over the line! I defiantly recommend minors but more so dealing with Gina. She’s amazing and a credit to minors!

GoogleI’m new to all of this. Moving into a rental after 20 years of being in my own home was a daunting prospect. Sam made the process much easier for me. I pestered him with silly questions and he always responded with kindness and patience. Sam is a credit to Minors and Brady. I would highly recommend the company to anyone who is looking to sell/rent. And particularly Sam. Very professional and knowledgeable. And a human touch which people need when going through such a stressful time. The man deserves a pay rise 😉

GoogleMinors and Brady dealt with both the sale of our property and the purchase of the new one. We are so pleased with everything they have helped us with! They were honest and transparent throughout all the process and nothing was to much trouble, great communication throughout always calling to keep us updated. We loved the guy that showed us around the property we purchased I wish I knew his name but he literally rearranged his day and stayed later on a few occasions throughout to allow us extra viewings and was able to answer all of our questions about the property, Abi was a gem at making sure we got the offer we required and great at negotiating the purchase price for us also, we were in a tight timeframe to get a sale and purchase agreed and Abi we are so grateful for all your hard work getting things done in such a short space of time allowing us to get our perfect home ❤️ Gina in the after sales department I’m sure is some kind of wizard that just makes everything happen! She was so knowledgeable about absolutely everything and took extra time to explain through ALL the solicitors paperwork with us in ‘people words’, this was really kind and appreciated so much that she took the initiative to call us and ask if we needed any clarification with anything because we had no idea!! she done so much chasing between solicitors and keeping us updated throughout. Sonya has been our go to contact, for sometime now.She is friendly and efficient, and you know you are in good hands with her. Sonya helped us as a family make a move from outside the county, which was a massive undertaking. She is credit to the company.Sonya was with our prior letting agents, and she moved over to M&B when that agency was sold. So we are lucky to have that continuity.

Rosie was very helpful and knowledgeable when we went with Minors and Brady to purchase our first house. She helped us to find a local solicitor and get the surveys completed, and answered any questions we had very promptly.
