I was led through all the steps I had to take and enquiries were replied to quickly. Each time I got lost or confused, there was always someone to help. I believe the Northwood agents had my best interest at heart. I was very pleased with the service I received. Definitely would recommend!

Recently I have had an issue and these were handled expertly. The matter was resolved swiftly and I am a happy customer. Landlord and Northwood work together to provide me (the tenant) with up to date information and resolution.
