GoogleSelling a house can be an absolute rollercoaster ride. Northwood did everything they possibly could to make the whole process as smooth as possible from initial meet and valuation to working with Solicitors. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to give them a call should I ever need an estate agent again.

GoogleI have rented with Northwood for a long time and am struggling to get a reasonable response to my simple request for a rental increase, of which I have not received an increase in 9 years. I made my first request 8 months ago and the issue is still not resolved.

GoogleMy daughters partner currently renting with yourselves, I am absolutely disgusted in your service. A leak was reported Friday night at half six coming from the ceiling, spoke to out of hours and was responded with I will put it through as urgent, spoke to a second person to receive the same response, then spoke to a third person who again will report it as high priority. It is now Sunday evening and something that could of been a simple fix has lead to the ceiling coming down furniture being damaged and a light hanging from the ceiling. Still no response or plumber attending after numerous emails and calls, the leak is that bad the tenant has now moved out and is still leaking. Absolutely shocking. Your website does not have a emergency contact number and when calling the office number there is no divert to the emergency number.

Joanna and Alice have done a great job being really responsible during my tenancy, always replying with seconds and finding solutions for any issue at the flat we stayed in. I felt comfortable in the home as I felt relaxed with my family. I would recommend Northwood if you're looking for a home as you will always be heard and treated with respect.
