Direct reviewsRenting
Having never rented before, Northwood made the process extremely easy from start to finish. Any question I had was promptly answered, which was reassuring. Communication with them is incredibly easy, and if there are to be any issues I'm sure it will continue to be so.

Direct reviewsVery happy and pleased to be a tenant at one of your properties
I am a happy tenant, and all the time l have stayed at Northwood properties l have been happy and appreciate the maintain or management of the property. Any complaints they were dealt with well . If it was not because the landlord is selling the property l would have loved to remain your tenant. Happy Tenant😊

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
6 reviews from tenants, rated 5.0 out of 5 on average. For example, Eleri wrote: "Used Northwood to move into our first rental home together, Kathryn was incredibly and got everything done extremely quickly and smoothly! She was incredible ..."
The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
