I think we got really lucky to find Jo on our tracks for buying a house. We visited a property first and we weren't convinced, the next day she knew the house we would look at we would love and we adored it. It is amazing, I'm absolutely obsessed and very glad it's ours now. It was our first time buying so it was difficult to really know what to do or how to act. Jo adviced us and took us through all the steps. Then during the process when things seemed to have halted she was able to get everyone to communicate and work towards completion. I would recommend Northwood but especially Jo. If you are lucky enough to get her as your estate agent, she will help and guide you through it all.
