Direct reviewsGreat service. Cannot fault the whole experience of selling my house. From the house valuation to the contract exchange it all went smooth. I was well informed about my options and kept up to date through the whole process. Jo was very helpful in trying to help me find my forever home too. If I ever have to move again I'll be using Northwood without a doubt.

GoogleTried to contact this company on multiple occasions to view a property and can’t get a response off them, wouldn’t Recommend anybody using this company to sell their property, I certainly won’t bother with them again
I’m sorry that you were dissatisfied with our service, not being able to book a viewing for the property that we had advertised as being for sale. In reviewing your complaint, I have listened to our call recording. I can see that you called when our office was closed, on the evening of Good Friday, and you left a message with our out of hours reception team. We returned your call on the Tuesday morning, following Easter Monday. We explained that the vendor had instructed us not to organise any further viewings until we had conducted the ones, we had already organised. The property was sold subject to contract and we were then instructed to take the property off the market. I’m sorry that you were disappointed, and we were not able to accommodate a viewing for you on this occasion.

Direct reviewsJust completed a full refurb of my rental property (new kitchen/bathroom/carpets throughout, new coat of paint etc...) and the team at Northwood wrexham took pretty much all of the hassle out of the process for me. Dealing with everything from arranging quotes from contractors (multiple if necessary) to managing which contractors were doing what on which days and providing them with the access to the property as and when required. So all that was left for me to do was pay the bills. Very professional and helpful service!
