I sold my house with Northwood with the help of Joanna Majczak and the team from the Wrexham office. Joanna went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and continued progressing in a timely manner by liaising often with solicitors, my buyers and myself to ensure things kept moving. Fantastic service from this estate agent. As buying your first home can be very stressful, especially when you don't know what to do, Northwood were there to support me whenever I needed them. There were a few snags along the way where I needed a bit more time to complete some of the processes but Joanna was very accommodating to my needs. As a tenant who let through Northwood Estate Agents, I was more than happy with the service I received from beginning to end of my tenancy. Sion was very friendly and informative when we viewed the property years ago and the whole letting process was quick and simple. Joanne was also very friendly and extremely helpful during the time we lived in the property. She came out to see us every year to make sure everything was well and ensured that the landlord was contacted at the earliest opportunity if anything needed sorting. I had dealings with Beth and Alicia during the end of tenancy process and again, I couldn't have wished for a more friendly or helpful bunch. They did everything within their power to make the move as easy and stress free as possible for me. I would 100% recommend Northwood (Wrexham) and the whole lovely team.

Northwood Wrexham were amazing from the start to finish with my property sale. I've had many experiences with different estate agents, however the team here really blew me away and exceeded all my expectations. The team are professional while remaining very personable, there really is a certain charm about them. Siôn was excellent at profiling my property for sale, and took great care with the pictures. Joanna was awesome at showcasing my property during viewings, and is an excellent communicator. My experiences with the rest of the team was also always very good and polite. I'm not very happy, I've just read your email about the property I've just vacated at pen y bont farm cottage, Newbridge. About sparkle cleaning!! I'll start first with the contract I signed back in December of 2021 , in that contract it had a list of issues with the property! So I did write in the contract well I asked if the issues stated were going to get fixed any time soon ! I had no reply to this question and in my time there ( 11 months ) nothing was done !! Ok the log Burner was an issue , it was setting off the C02 alarms daily! I thought it was a bit of smoke when I put more logs on , this was not the case!! I asked the land lady if the chimney had been swept recently she said it had !! But when eventually the chimney sweep came out he said that no way had the chimney been swept!! and straight away condemned the log burner as unsafe !! He Evan said it could have killed me it was that bad !! Next the Oven what a mess and that was and unusable!! I had to go out and buy a worktop oven to use !! Again eventually the oven was replaced. Next the wall Heater in the bathroom was not working !! The electrician came out took the heater away because it was no good ! Had to wait for a replacement! Don't forget this was in December and it was Freezing in the property. Next we have the shower screen, which when I moved in was hanging loose on the wall I had to fix that ! The bath itself had a big chip out of it and the sink has a big crack in it !! The curtains that were left in the property when I moved in were dirty and mixed colours !! I had to replace them with matching pairs which I have left at the property. The windows are all rooten and the double glazing in all have blown and most of the staining is between the glass and unable to clean!! There are huge cracks in the walls in the bedrooms and on the stairs!! All the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen are stained they were all like that when I moved in !! The work surfaces to are all chiped in places!!

Throughout the entire experience been easy to contact and responds exceptionally well. They has been very supportive through the difficulties of trying to find flat for rent. Both kept me updated through every step of the way and being a person myself that works quick, they definitely made it a quick process to get moved in with all the referencing and paperwork.
