Direct reviewsI cannot thank Jo from Northwood enough. Buying a house can be extremely stressful, but my experience was the opposite. Jo went above and beyond to make everything as stress free as possible. Communication was fantastic, recommendations were great and nothing was too much trouble. Everything went through smoothly and in the perfect time frame. I would definitely recommend Northwood and Jo and would use them both again in the future if needed. Thanks again.

We bought our house through Northwood and the whole experience from the viewing to collecting the keys was second to none. Moving home is always a stressful time but nothing was too much, we were always kept informed right the way through the process. I don’t say this lightly, but Northwood are truly exceptional at what they do. Jo and Sion are committed, deeply knowledgeable and super enthusiastic local property experts who deliver stand out service. In touch routinely, keeping us up to date on what was happening with our property, giving out good advice and feedback, they have ensured our property sold quickly and easily. They’ve chased buyers, solicitors, buyers’ solicitors and anyone else they needed to, to ensure things moved fast and efficiently. They have earned very penny of their very reasonable quote - they want the business, genuinely love what they do and have a passion for doing it well. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. Truly remarkable in the modern world. I wouldn’t use any other estate agents - these guys are true professionals and deserve every success!

GoogleJoanne was most helpful and professional when we first entered a rental agreement in 2020. We have just ended the rental of the property as we have moved to our new home. During the years we have been with Wrexham Northwood Ltd, we have found the business to be very professional and responsive with regards to any issues. Joanne has looked after us, keeping us informed of any matter that required addressing. Alecia has been dealing with our notice period and again has kept us informed of what we were required to do as part of the rental agreement. GoogleWe recently use Northwood for the sale and the potential sale of a second property. From start to finish they were professionally and friendly. Joanna in particular was so helpful in organising the viewings of a property trying to get us the best deal possible. In all the estate agents we have used in the past we have never had should a good service as Northwood gave us. Prior to the sale of one of the properties we rented out an apartment on a guaranteed rental service. Again this was an excellent service, Sion was very professional and ensured everything went smoothly every month. Thank you everyone at the Wrexham office.

Joanna was excellent, she really helped to keep the process moving and kept us up to date with updates from both the sellers and solicitors. The updates via Email or call were always very quick and we felt the process overall was handled very well. Thanks to Siôn as well for dealing with our emails and calls when Joanna was away. Overall, a great buying experience from the first viewing to purchase, thank you Joanna, Siôn and Northwood!

Jo was our representative with Northwood Wrexhan for the sale of our home. She was invaluable when it came to the unexpected delay in our sale due to complications in the chain. As we where the final stage in a long chain, Jo proved to be a fantastic asset to Northwood as she constantly checked in with all other estate agents and solicitors in the chain to keep us as well informed as possible as to the progress and the cause of the delay. Would highly recommend this estate agents, whilst our sale was slow it was through no fault of Northwood and they did everything they could to keep the process as stress free as possible.

Jo adviced us and took us through all the steps. Then during the process when things seemed to have halted she was able to get everyone to communicate and work towards completion. I would recommend Northwood but especially Jo. If you are lucky enough to get her as your estate agent, she will help and guide you through it all.
