GoogleThis was my first move in 35 years, so I entered into this purchase with trepidation and very out of touch with modern methods of moving. From our first viewing it was very obvious that we had fallen on our feet with Michael Jones & Co. All the staff we dealt with were professional, helpful and enthusiastic. Particular thanks goes to James Adams who guided us through the process, keeping us informed of every development. His communication skills were amazing, responding to our emails, chasing solicitors and generally making what can be a stressful time an enjoyable experience. With many thanks and much appreciation.

GoogleOur experience with Michael Jones has been more than satisfactory ,we were looking for a property which would meet a range of criteria which seemed almost impossible to meet e.g. quiet but with easy access to town centre at a modest price. Matthew Orrell of Michael Jones located such a property and patiently organised visits to resolve any problems that we perceived with the property. The sale of our own property was organised and the sale closed with dazzling speed and again Matthew Orrell was a tower of strength in pushing the sale through to completion. GoogleMichael Jones have been absolutely OUTSTANDING! It’s so refreshing to find a letting agent that are really friendly, kind and efficient. I wish all companies were as lovely as these folk. Lisa, Lucy, Becki, Elise and Harry have all been so soooo helpful and accommodating in finding us our perfect home. GoogleWe needed a short term solution to our housing situation. We arrived in Worthing and after a walk round visited Matthew Jones in the High street and explained our situation. The manager at Michael Jones, Matthew Orrell listened, and within 3 hours we had bought an appartment that was exactly what we needed at the time. After experiences with agents who do not listen, this was a great experience. Once settled we again met with Matthew and explained what our long term goals were. he again listened, and 8 months he had found it, and we bought it - he listened again, and he sold the othe apartment for us, at a price where we covered all our costs. During this time the team in Worthing we up-to-date with our situation, and helped us when Matthew was not available Thanks Matthew, and the Team in the Worthing office

GoogleHad a very poor experience as buyers with Micheal Jones. We were dealing with greedy sellers who constantly moved goalposts during the process and Micheal Jones told us one thing and did another. As we were due to complete, the seller asked for another £15k or they would relist instantly. We feel they were encouraged to do so buy Micheal Jones, as they knew we wanted the property and were short on time. This after the agent had made all sorts of promises to us and bad mouthed the sellers. We pulled out, found another property and more reputable sellers and were moved within 6 weeks. Our previous sellers are still in their property. Avoid.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleShower never worked properly .Complained time and time again and eventually a plumber came out to fix it. Despite claiming he put the shower in originally. He didn't know what type of shower it was. After about two weeks the same problems arose. This happened about 5 times and it was never fixed properly. In the end we gave up. Had cold showers and went swimming every weekend to use their facilities. Now we have gone somewhere else they are refusing to give us our deposit back. Worst property agent I have come accross

GoogleLooking to buy somewhere in Worthing and out of all the agents we've dealt with Michael Jones would come firmly on the bottom of my list. The two agents we had dealings with were uninformed about the properties, seemed to want to be somewhere else and generally had no warmth or customer service, this is probably the biggest purchase I'll make in my life so I expect to be treated with a little bit of empathy. They messed us around with one viewing so much we cancelled it. Warning to buyers, they do not have your best interests at hand. Will not be using on our continuing search, their loss.

She has been absolutely brilliant dealing with a very difficult and urgent repair with such a positive and 'can do' approach. Her speed and response has been really outstanding and she has coordinated a complex range of tradespeople to get a major repair completed in the shortest time. Our management feels are worth every single penny!
