I approached Michael Jones, letting Agents, ( amongst many services on offer), in order to locate and occupy a rental property for 6 months for two adults and a small dog. It was’nt easy finding accommodation for my dog....After a couple of dead ends, I found and made my interest known to Michael Jones. From that point on, the process , whilst tricky for someone who had not rented before, was made easier and concluded by several team members of the agents. All of the solved problems were caused by my lack of understanding, but sorted by the letting agents. Special mention to Lisa , Of the progression Section, who steered me through several difficulties, and delivered the property for me , and in time.... She was, I know, working until very late at night to ensure the transaction went smoothly. I would recommend Michael Jones, if you are looking for temporary accommodation, they are professional and capable agents. My thanks to all involved. Super impressed with the professionalism of Michael Jones! We were looking to downsize and we found a great flat in Worthing, Harry was really quick when it came to booking a viewing. Both Harry and Luke were super responsive with any questions we had regarding the flat. Rebbeca was also amazing at keeping communication with us during the build up to our move, in addition Lisa, despite working from home was very easy to get hold of and she was very quick to answer questions regarding the tenancy agreement. Lettings team were polite friendly and very efficient when arranging our viewing, communicating throughout the offer process and in managing the acceptance of our offer. *Edit* Despite this the landlord then withdrew 2 days later due to 'unforeseen circumstances' leaving us with a booked moving van, prof clean etc and moving our end of tenancy date early.. feeling very frustrated and vulnerable as a result. We found out via email.

I had my property on with them for 3 years, and I don’t think they checked on the tenants once. When my tenant wanted to leave the property before the end of his agreement I was not given any advice what to do next, I’ve lost a lot of money because of them. My old tenant left the place in a terrible state, and I’m still finding things that he did now. Will never use MJ again.

Even through the current global situation, endless restrictions in place, the process from start to finish was faultless, nothing was to much trouble for the team. This is not about Michael Jones but one of their employee, Rob Stewards . Shout out you man and well done for the great service . Much appreciated. Keep it up . Rob was in charge of sorting thing out between my last landlord and myself at the end of the tenancy and helping return my deposit . For everyone renting , you know how it is always trying to get that money back. The landlords are always trying to make up stories in order to hold a chunk of your money . I cannot thank Rob enough for his outstanding wisdom in helping us to reach an agreement and avoiding dispute resolution . Although in the middle of the case , Rob went on holiday and things were not resolved as one of his colleague or rather manager tried . And my gut feeling was surely , Rob will get it sorted after his holiday and I was right . He got a compromise in no time . Many thanks Rob . We have just sold our house through Michael Jones with Dominic acting as our agent. We had excellent service, were kept up to date with progress, all questions answered promptly and the Dominic was regularly in touch with the buyer, particularly as his solicicitor was very slow and on one occasion unproffessional, which moved the sale along. Very happy overall and would throughly recommend Dominic and Michael Jones.

Well started great to be honest very professional and lovely people, but be warned I got a load of calls telling me I had to log into my account and start the review process or I would lose the house, well had family issues with my daughter and despite me calling telling them that the calls were persistent pushing me to sort the paperwork out, so quickly logged in and signed the paperwork stupidly not reading the fine print, I did the no deposit option and they said that payment was for the first weeks rent, and if I failed referencing I would lose it! So a few weeks go by and I had to pull out of the house and requested my first weeks rent back to be told I can't have it back and received and email with small print stating I would lose it, no mention of any of this in the calls leading upto me putting deposit down! So read the small print all 30 pages of it before you sign anything because they will refuse to give your deposit back! Like my £450 is going to make any difference to there accounts this month and shows profit comes over customer satisfaction.

This estate agent is not for me or for anyone who have ccj been bankrupt or have iva in place. Went in looking for renting property. Staff all nice and helpful until I mentioned one of the above not interested at all. No advise what to do next. even explaining I had 6months rent up front. Just said we don't have anything for you it's company policy. Which is understandable but a point in the right direction or to an estate agent who does would have given more stars. Left feeling lost and like scum for my difficult situation.

We instructed Michael Jones to sell our Victorian Town house.The agents were extremely professional.I dealt with Matthew and Grant most of the time in the Town Centre Office. We had a very difficult time as we lost a couple of buyers due to the dreaded chain collapse but Michael Jones found us another buyer within a week. Integrity, reliability and market experience, what more could you need? Peter Hassell and his team in Broadwater, Worthing were infallible, we had a challenging sale and they handled it with expertise. Not only did they fail to inform us if something happened and property came back on they just returned messages saying viewings are now full 🤷‍♂️ waste of time as a letting agent
