any issues usually resolved within 24 hours if not same day. polite friendly helpful staff. good correspondence. only thing I would say is previous tenant hadn't cleaned very well before moving out. oven and toilet dirty. marks on walls. deep clean or even lick of paint would have been appreciated.

Direct reviewsI employed Northwood to investigate possibility of increasing a protected tenancy rent that had not been adjusted since 2008.The work was carried out by Anthony Arnold (Branch Manager) who investigated process, carried out all paperwork, liaised with the Rent Officer and secured an appropriate rent rise, keeping me regularly informed of progress at all stages. Excellent would certainly recommend and use again.

Such a professional service. No complaints whatsoever, moving home is a stressful business but Northwood provide a service that removes some of the 'back of the mind' worries (such as electricity suppliers / council tax) that make a genuine difference to the experience.
