Really lovely and professional staff. They were very helpful to us with finding our first house with all the viewings. Kept us informed at all times during the whole process. Since moving in any issues with the house have been dealt with promptly and very efficiently. I really appreciate Harriet & Maria for this. Nothing is too much trouble for them. No wonder I didn't hesitate to renew my contract twice with Northwood.

Brilliant service from Northwood. Dealt with our problem quickly and efficiently. Got someone out to look at our problem on the same day which was fab and helped escalate to our landlord for action.

Good estate agents are few and far between, but Northwood are by far the best I have ever dealt with. They made the entire rental process incredibly easy, with a straight forward, no-nonsense approach.
